Nindo: Dio is very ambitious and strives to get everything he wants in the world and to be the best in the world using any way to achieve it. He's not concerned with morality or the like, and prefers to pummel his enemies to death rather than to talk it out with them. As he puts it, "Victory and conquest is all that simply matters, the process and method doesn't matter". He is focused on the goal and will take whatever journey and consequential aftermath to achieve those goals. He's not above fighting dirty and is pretty much always bloodlusted, meaning he doesn't waste time talking and is picking up any way to crush whoever he doesn't like.

Details Dio Brando has about a couple dozen steel knives upon his disposal that are a little smaller and shorter than your average metal knife. The knife is about 8 inches long and one inch wide. In terms of properties that can be applied to battle, they're pretty much the same as typical knives with the exception of it being harder due to its steel composition. Dio can throw them at high speeds with ease and they can cut through human flesh.

Details Dio has four green spores that are shaped like sperm cells on him. These spores have been wired and designed to be able to respond to Dio's chakra and can manipulate the nervous system of whoever Dio places it on. The spore will only take effect once Dio transfers a significant amount of chakra to it. The tip of the spore's tail is keen and sharp enough to pierce through human skin and flesh. The spore will travel automatically or guided by Dio into the human body where the spore will hijack the nervous system of the victim and operate them from there. Once this happens, Dio can give commands to the spore which will control the nerves of that person through chakra control. The spore will last so long as it's inside the victim's body and is still functional. If the spore is removed, the effect is gone. However, Dio can guide the spore to manuever inside the body so that removal of it will be difficult.

Special Characteristics:
Strength: Dio Brando has extremely high physical raw strength. With a lifting and striking force of well over 100 tons, Dio can easily punch holes in bus-sized objects, lift them, and throw them over great distances with one arm. Engaging Dio in direct hand to hand combat is certain death for even peak human ninjas, as Dio can rip humans apart with no difficulty. He can throw knives at high speeds. Dio can easily crush stone pillars with punches. He can lift objects that are as heavy and large as large boats, trucks, and steamrollers. He can also casually crush those objects with mere punches and kicks.

Flaws/Weaknesses:
Superiority Complex: Dio has a sense of superiority over everyone he meets.
Head Damage: Dio's soft spot is his head. Direct hits to the head area will weaken him so that his entire body will feel messed up and uncontrolled to him. He'll have some of his limbs spaz as a result.

Description: Za Warudo is a special Ninjutsu technique utilized by Dio Brando. Through chakra control and by calling the name "Za Warudo (The World)", Dio can project a ghostly guardian summoning. This summon, referred to as a Stand, is a manifestation of the user's life energy, innate power, and subconscious in a physical form. It can be considered a replicated reflection of the user's spirit. The Stand that Dio uses is a rather large figure colored with varying shades of yellow. Za Warudo follows the will of Dio with absolute loyalty (as Za Warudo is just a manifestation of Dio's subconscious and is part of him), from acting as a protector, attacker, or for support uses whenever Dio issues it mental or verbal commands or Dio just thinks and feels upon an action and Za Warudo instantly follows it. In terms of Za Warudo's battle capabilities, it's a very strong Stand. It has a 12 meter range from Dio (meaning it cannot move anymore than 12 meters from Dio's position) and moves beyond peak human speeds (which is over 10 m/s), and has incredibly fast reactions. It's reaction time is equivalent if not higher than speedsters like Minato Namikaze, the Fourth and Third Raikages in their fully powered Raiton Armors, and Itachi. It's physically very strong, as its punches and blows can crush entire walls/trees and shatter solid diamond with single strikes. Although appearing a bit faded out, Za Warudo is a physical manifestation and its durability is equivalent to Dio's durability. In addition to its strength as its most prominent ability, ZA Warudo has phenomenol attack speed. It can easily launch 300 punches in 6 seconds or utilize its ultimate move; an attack of 105 punches within one second. Za Warudo can stay active for however as long as Dio wishes, though when Dio no longer needs it, Za Warudo will dissapear and he has to perform the technique again to summon it. Za Warudo can pretty much perform all abilities that humans can do, such as jumping, climbing, and doing chores for Dio. When summoned, it seemingly appears in an astral form and hovers around Dio like a wraith, allowing people to mistaken it as an intangible entity or a ghost. Should the Stand be destroyed, Dio can resummon it again by performing the technique again.

Description: Ekitou is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Dio Brando. Through the formation of handseals and the Water Element, Dio can rapidly vaporize his bodily fluids so that he can quickly freeze up any organic matter he touches and the freezing effect will spread throughout the body of the object. This works most effectively on liquids such as water and blood. This effect lasts for a total of ten posts and after that, his fluids return to normal. The downside is that some of his cells would be frozen up as a side effect of the freezing ability of wherever on his body he used to freeze things and eventually get vaporized, resulting in uncurable cell loss that will numb the body parts Dio vaporized the fluids of for a longer duration.

Description: Dio forms some handseals and then uses the Wind element to manipulate air currents so that he can freely fly and levitate. Dio can launch himself up to a maximum height of about 300 meters and can fly around. The effect of this technique lasts for ten posts. The downside to this technique is that if Dio gets caught in a Katon attack of similiar level or higher than this technique, then he'll instantly be completely engulfed in the flames of that Katon.

Description: Dio forms the necessary handseals and infuses a large amount of chakra into a spore device. Whoever Dio places this spore on, the spore will immediately activate and enter the target's body (through an opening or by piercing through the skin and flesh) where it'll travel rather deep inside the body. The spore will then take effect and spread its influence around the victim's body, taking full control over their nervous system. Regardless of the amount of resistance the victim puts into it, effort is futile. One this happens, Dio can freely control the spore using chakra and can manipulate the victim's body however he wishes. He often uses his victims to do his own dirty work or force them to subduction under his will in return for the deactivation of the spore. Likewise, removing the spore is difficult under normal means. However, when removed, it will no longer have any effect on the victim's body. The spore can resist removal.

Description: Kazetou is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Wind Element. Dio forms knive-like projectiles out of wind chakra that he can throw at high speeds or stab with good cutting power. These wind projectiles are sharper than metal knives and glass shards. They'll have no difficulty in piercing through human skin. Due to their elemental nature and the intensity in which Dio can throw them, they also travel at high velocities. At such rate, they can cut through metal. Dio can form dozens of these per use. Dio can stop the motion of the wind projectiles at any time and then proceed to make them accelerate to their previous speed.

Description: Kansekoi Warugan is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Dio. After forming a row of handseals, Dio will pressurize water element chakra under his eyeballs. He'll then release it by having it all spill out and then hovering right in front of his eyes (suspended by wind). Dio will then propel the water with a burst of wind chakra, which will mix with the water to expand its firepower. The water-and-wind chakra attack will take a beam-like form and travel at supersonic speeds, with enough power to plow through rock and cut through human bodies. The beam can also melt through walls. The technique can be applied with just raw chakra alone but the firepower will be much less than with elemental chakra. The beam has a range of 100 meters.
