Personality:
Quiet, sullen, calm, and cool-type. Very perceptive and quick to act to save his comrades, Hishigi is a man who will sacrifice his life to ensure that his best friends live. He's lonely and keeps mostly to himself. He has a pretty strong will and motivation to get things done. Hishigi tends to focus more on his research and experiments he performs in his lab during conversations. He has a huge emphasis on medical science, believing that research will lead humanity in leaping past their limits and entering the realm of god. His sole fear is dying before he can do something worthwhile for people.

Origin: The Medusa Eye is Hishigi's greatest creation. As a doctor and researcher, Hishigi experimented to create a weapon he can implant himself with and use it to gain the upper hand in battle. As a model for his experiment, Hishigi turned to doujutsu. He tried to create an eye technique that can turn people to stone, after some myths he had heard. After several major attempts in his hidden laboratory, Hishigi successfully created the Medusa Eyes. He created about 20 of them and implanted them to his body. One of them is on the left side of Hishigi's face, 6 large ones are on the left side of the front of Hishigi's chest, one of them is on Hishigi's left palm, and 4 of them are around Hishigi's left arm. On the left side of his back are 7 large Medusa Eyes, and right below the back of his neck is also one. In their natural state, the Medusa Eyes remained close so as to not drain chakra from Hishigi and turn everyone who sees him to stone. Hishigi developed a unique handseal that would cause the eyes to open. Ever since developing the Medusa Eyes, he keeps the entire left side of his body covered at all times.

Description: Hishigi charges his Hakuya with a certain amount of chakra and then fires it in the form of a large crescent-shaped wave attack. The destructive power and intensity of the attack can literally pulverize physical matter to dust, such as solid rock, concrete, and even metals like steel. The destruction range can be adjusted by the amount of chakra charged, as the minimum setting for a slash can create a very narrow crater, whereas the maximum setting can create a gigantic, rectangular-like shaped crater. The speed of the attack is very fast, traveling at a fixed rate of 80 m/s at the minimum setting, and 260 m/s at the maximum setting.

Description: Basically Hakuya slashes but instead of firing one at a time, Hishigi fires several of them in very rapid succesion. The maximum setting that each slash can be is B-rank, and Hishigi can fire up to 8 B-rank slashes in succession. If he decides to go for a C-rank setting, he can fire 12 of them at once. Furthermore, he can somewhat control the path and direction of each slash after it's released.

Description: Hishigi consumes a massive amount of chakra for his Medusa Eyes to open. Anyone who looks directly at one of the eyes for at least 1 second will be turned to stone. Activating this technique not only takes away a huge amount of chakra from Hishigi, but also puts a tremendous strain on his body and rapidly depletes his stamina levels (and easily increases battle fatigue/exhaustion). The amount of stress on his body can be lowered depending on the number of Medusa Eyes he opens. If he only opens one to a few, the strain is moderate. If he opens several, the strain is major. If he opens 10, the strain is very high. If he opens all of them, an immense strain will overcome him and it'd be difficult for him to even move from his position on his own after using it (3 posts - enough time for an opponent to have 1 free shot at him). He'll also cough up a lot of blood and his Medusa Eyes will even bleed, sometimes. If he uses them more than once per day, the Medusa Eyes will start to fail and fall apart from him, like balls of blood dropping to the ground. As the Medusa Eyes drop from his body, he'll get weaker and be more unable to fight back.

Description: Chikaranoba Houka is a barrier technique developed by Hishigi. It traps people in something like an electric forcefield for 8 posts in all directions. The barrier is very hard to break, as it's accompanied with Fuuinjutsu. Any B-rank ninjutsu attack that's launched here will only bounce around within the barrier. Anything that touches the forcefield directly will be repelled. The barrier seal prevents the use of any non S-rank space-time ninjutsu.
The barrier can be broken by powerful or really concentrated A-rank attacks or by Hishigi's order.

Description: Saikan Chuushutsu no Jutsu is a skill used by medical ninja to remove harmful poisons from a patient's body.
