Alfred Simon is highly confident and ambitious. He has a lot of pride in humanity and the monster race. A leader and a vampire master, Simon has walked the earth for centuries and carries a great deal of knowledge and experience with him, which he shows when conversing with other entities like him. He's extremely charismatic and very good at moderating, negotiations, and persusasion. He's a monster in human form, and his merciless, red eyes paralyzes any human who he is displeased with with fear.
Simon especially hates people who are not exactly humans, yet not exactly monsters, as well as people who plan to uphold word justice without the intention of world domination. Simon is a profound "researcher" on the Vampire King Alucard, and wants to unlock the secret of the Hellsing Organization that has been hidden away by time

He can rapidly freeze entire lakes and small rivers just by touching water at one location. Furthermore, he can instantly freeze large amounts of blood just by being near it. By physically touching someone, Simon can instantly vaporize bodily fluids, sucking away all the heat, and thereby freezing the blood and all the water inside and outside a body.
He can reform and manipulate ice and anything that he has frozen. Using them as projectiles or as hand weaponry.
Simon can also fuse with ice or whatever he's frozen, manipulate it, and fight as it

Alfred has wild blond hair and a strong, charismatic face. He's muscular and has an athletic build. He usually wears a tuxedo suit and golden shoes with a spiked-up tip.
Personality:

Born in Germany during the mid 17th century to a wealthy family, Simon heard all kinds of stories about monsters, the supernatural, and the symbol of the night from his mother. He was raised as a lumberjack, strong and down-to-earth. Simon went to school and was fascinated with books and learning. He grew up to inherit his father’s vast land with its plantations and slave labor after he disappeared when Simon was just 18. Now the man of the house, Simon controlled his family’s farm and estate while going around chopping down wood. However, he wanted more in his life. He dwelled into politics, and learned how to negotiate and do business. He pursued the path for a greater future for his family, and after doing a huge favor for an earl and spearheading a massive lumber trade that proved profitable for the nation and increased his own fortune, Simon was given the title of “Baron” and accepted into the nobility.
When Simon was just 26, terror struck. There was a rumor that a monster was creeping through the night, hunting for men. Ripped apart corpses were found near a river, a condition that cannot be done by a man. A big hunting party was issued to slay the beast and Simon signed up for it. He heard that over several years, the monster went from town to town, until it reached theirs. The monster was unlike the vampire. It was a shapeshifter. A daywalker. A man during the day and a monster during the night, upon the full moon. It’s animalistic and howls through the night. People were calling it the “werewolf.”
And of course the hunting began. The werewolf attacked first. It ate away at the unsuspecting humans. A man survived by stabbing a silver knife into the werewolf’s belly. He relayed his encounter with the werewolf, and it was then, that Alfred armed himself with a silver axe. He went out with a group of 8 men to search for the werewolf. They were attacked but fought long and hard, trying to stab it with silver weaponry. However, the werewolf was too strong. Eventually, Simon was the only one left standing. He tried to attack the beast with an axe, but it shoved him away, heavily injuring him. As Simon was spilling up blood, the werewolf approached him to deliver the killing blow. With a burst of willpower, Alfred avoided the strike, sidestepped, and plunged his axe right into the werewolf’s heart. When that happened, the flesh and skin of the beast started to melt, and it dropped to the ground as it wriggled with agony. Simon stood above the monster and glared down on it.
It was his father. The face of an old man, but a face he recognized. He hadn’t seen him for years since he went missing. Simon bent down as the beast reverted back to human form. His father took one last look at him, and sighed, “My son….”. Then, he parted.
Simon buried his father and let everyone know that the monster ran away and would never return. Saddened by his father’s death and suffering, Simon wanted to hunt down these werewolves. So over the next decade, Simon searched long and hard for monsters. He studied monster hunting and joined an occult to gain the experience and knowledge needed. When he was 38, Simon met a werewolf too strong for him. With one strike, his guts were ripped open from him and torn aside. Simon would have been stomped, had the werewolf not stepped right into Simon’s trap, and was incinerated by a massive fire set up by an occult circle and some chemicals. Dying from the blood loss, Simon realized the limit on human life. Yet he clinged onto life as much as possible. It was then, that the devil appeared before him. Summoned by the werewolf’s blood, the devil saw Simon’s determination to live. He offered him a way to live. Become a vampire and live on as an immortal knight, or die like a piece of dog shit. Simon accepted it, and he drank the blood of the humans the werewolf killed. The blood revitalized him, brought him back to life with black magic. He was now a vampire of his own free will. A monster.
Alfred the Vampire:
Armed with knowledge on vampires, he built a coffin on his own, cast his blood on it, marked it, and began his life as a nightwalker. Over the next century, he slowly migrated west of Germany, feeding on the lives of humans to sustain him while hunting down monsters; whether it be vampires, werewolves, or ghouls. It was then did he figure out the essence of the vampire. Fully engulfing himself in black magic, Simon was finally able to walk in the sunlight again. He developed his vampiric powers to the point that he has an immense variety of supernatural abilities and superhuman capabilities. Foremost of his power was his ability to freeze and manipulate ice. He realized how deadly his ability was to all life. Alas, he took a ship to England and landed there in the 1760s. There, Simon witnessed the early days of the new age known as the Industrial Revolution. He saw the massive fortune he could build by indulging himself in industrial business, so he took the form of a human and established his own factory of the textile industry. A few years later, his business and trade expanded rapidly and massively. The demand for cotton and cloth was extremely high during industrialization. Countries wanted Britain’s secrets. Now, all Simon had to was be familiar with the monarch. He used the vast fortune he acquired to support the monarch’s wars, get a few friends with connections, and join the nobility.
A month later, Simon regained his title as “baron.” He was frustrated that he held the same place as he did in Germany, and in Britain, it was only the starting rank of the wealthy. But, Simon came to understand that his place as a human would never change, and his existence as a vampire is all that matters. He came to be known, to friends and strangers alike, “The Baron.”
Over the next two centuries, his powers and fame grew. He mastered many languages and was a politician, thinker, inventor, businessman, artist, sculptor, author, and soldier. He fought in countless human wars. In the underworld, he remained one of the most formidable vampires out there. His power grew so much that the spike in monster hunters (particularly those hunting vampires) did not dare to go against him. He devoured the lives of several thousands of people. Darkness corrupted him, and with his ambition, he loved his vampiric existence, rather than being conflicted with it. He realized that alas, he has transcended humanity.
Hellsing:
He was there during Millennium’s attack on London. He witnessed the war that was delivered by the Nazis, the Vatican, and the Vampire King Alucard’s grand army. He wanted to fight him after he finished up with Walter. However, the opportunity closed up when Alucard disappeared. Simon started to dwell into Dracula’s past, and find out how he became a vampire, and how he came to be so powerful.
Current Age:
The Baron now resides in England, in a time when there’s a new threat at large. Although his fortune has dwindled, he has a large factory in London and owns a small oil business in America.

4 Newborn Vampires:
In the late 18th century, Simon went vampire hunting by himself at night. He heard about a group of 4 vampires creating a zombie army and wanting to take over the world with it. Of course, Simon decided to put them at rest for the heck of it. He demolished all of the ghouls and massacred their masters. He absorbed their blood and the nearby humans they’ve killed with it.
2 Knight Vampires:
In the late 19th century, Simon was sought out by a Knight by the name of Mandrakk. Mandrakk wanted to take Simon’s life and all the familiars he acquired so far. As they battled, Simon could see that there was no way in hell that he can be defeated by this wimp. So he blindsided Mandrakk with his own blood, stabbed right into his heart, and pulled it out. He drank his blood and absorbed him into himself, taking his life and the lives of the 95 humans Mandrakk had in him.
He faced another Knight in the early 20th century, Riku Musashi. A Japanese vampire arrived in England, and wanted to work with Simon on controlling the humans in the nation. Simon refused. And at that time, Simon was thirsty. It did not matter whose blood it was, so long as he was satisfied. He tore Musashi apart with ease and absorbed him as well as the 600 human lives he had inside of him.
2 Werewolves:
In the early 18th century, while Simon was out wolf hunting, he was confronted by two men. A minute later, the full moon rose and the two transformed into werewolves (Level B each). Ah, the prey has arrived. Simon allowed them to tear him to pieces, only to regenerate himself. He bite into one lycan’s neck and jabbed his fingers into the other one’s chest, and sucked them dry of their blood. He keeps their fur as carpets at his home.
Monster Hunters:
In the late 21st century, Simon was attacked by a dozen vampire hunters. They planned to incinerate all remains of him. They were enhanced fighters, each of them roughly on par with Anderson when he was human. They wielded swords, spears, axes, flying staffs, exploding toothpicks, microfilament wires, and straight-up old-fashioned wooden stakes. Unfortunately for these humans, Simon had better knowledge of his own territory than the humans that challenged him. He transformed into a bat and retreated to his underground cave. There, he launched a few missiles up towards his house, in an attempt to blow up as many of the hunters as he can. As his mansion collapsed, only 7 of them were left standing. He tried to escape through a hole, but the hunters used magic to seal all exits. No chance but to fight. Which is unfortunate for the humans, because almost all of the cave was covered in ice. Simon took what he can and impaled all of them on ice picks. He absorbed their blood to find out more about the organization that plotted to kill him.. and to decimate them.
