Feats:
Chapter 24- Schrodinger gets his head blown out out of nowhere by Alucard. His brain is splattered and his blood is around the floor. Yet, Schrodinger was able to suddenly "disappear" in front of two witnesses.
Chapter 34- Schrodinger was shown to have appeared in alucard vs Rip Van Winkle, unharmed.
Chapter 55- Schrodinger appears within Sera's mind.
Chapter 70's- Schrodinger had his head blown out by Integra.
Chapter 80's - Schrodinger re-appeared on top of a building, unharmed. He beheads himself and all of his blood and body falls into the blood river, to be absorbed by Alucard. Therefore, despite the fact that he's decapicitated and should be "dead", his physical presence remains. Meaning, he can still recognize himself.
Chapter 89- Schrodinger's abilities are explained. He has the will of the self-observing Schrodinger's cat. He can jump around the world. He's everywhere and nowhere so long as he recognizes himself. If he doesn't recognize himself, then he is nowhere. When he cannot recognize himself, he's not alive nor dead. He becomes "a set of imaginary numbers", referring to his nonpresence.
Chapter 95- Alucard can recognize himself now and returns to the world as a being who's "everywhere and nowhere."

Because of numerously-repeated statements that's "everywhere and nowhere", Schrodinger is thought as an omnipresent. Being everywhere and nowhere "at the same time" is implied, and does not need to be added on. However, despite the statement, feats do not match up to actual omnipresence. Rather, he's "anywhere and nowhere", which is reflected in states and was Alucard's final statement regarding Schrodinger's abilities in the official English translation for Volume 10. Furthermore, the statements themselves can be a metaphor to the advanced nature of Schrodinger's teleportation abilities (knwoing that Hellsing has many metaphoric references) and is misinterpreted when taken literally. That said, Alucard is a high-level teleporter.

There's also mentions on Alucard being able to control or manipulate quantum physics/mechanics. That's not necessarily true. Rather, his ability defies them (which isn't necessarily very impressive or notable).

When Schrodinger suffers physical damage, it does not mean that he's affected on the mental level, which is all that matters here. If he was able to recognize himself before he was in a state where a fatal injury was dealt to him, then he still exists, and returns to a normal state of existence (which is just him at full health).

In a sense, everywhere = nowhere, therefore Alucard is in one place (which is kinda what he states in the end). When placed in Schrodinger's place, his abilities lie in HOW he recognizes himself. He can manipulate his state of existence and wherever he's located depending on how he recognizes himself. If he recognizes himself to be at a certain place, then he'll be at that place. if he recognizes himself to be at full health, then he'll be at full health. If he still recognizes this before a fatal injury is dealt, then he'll "respawn" at any location, possibly one where he can refer to as "home" (Schrodinger returns to the Millennium zeppelin and Alucard returns to the Hellsing mansion). His ability to recognize where and what he's to be defines what appears to be his regeneration/immortality and teleportation capabilities. Thus, he's unkillable unless his ability to recognize himself is directly damaged.

Alucard returns to the world (Hellsing Mansion) after he gains the ability to recognize himself.

With statements, logic, and known feats; we can conclude that Schrodinger can teleport anywhere he likes and be at anywhere he desires in his mind, so long as his consciousness isn't directly affected on the mental level. Furthermore, we can conclude that while he's in recognition of himself, Schrodinger is technically "nowhere" as well despite the fact that his physical presence remains. He's a quantum irregular. That said, his consciousness relates to his ability to recognize himself. Also, he's immortal and cannot be killed, since he exists yet he doesn't exist. Schrodinger's power lies in how he recognizes himself (which is determined by where he thinks himself to be at and in what state of existence he believes himself to be in).

With this ability, Schrodinger can teleport to wherever he likes. He can teleport inside minds, even. He cannot be killed unless he's unable to recognize himself or if he recognizes himself to be dead. If what appears to have killed him occurs, Schrodinger's self-observing abilities enables him to respawn back in the world wherever he wants and in a fully healthy state , even if his brains are blown out.

Schrodinger can teleport inside people's bodies and fuck them up. By extension, Alucard can also draw in their blood. Therefore, the only thing Alucard loses here is the ability to be everywhere at once. He retains everything else.
