Tubalcain Alhambra Empty
PostSubject: Tubalcain Alhambra   Tubalcain Alhambra Icon_minitimeSat Apr 05, 2014 6:49 pm

Have you see the OVA or read the manga series of Hellsing?  If so how far have you gotten?  If not please direct your attention to YouTube, and watch OVA 1-4 at least.  Warning: If you have watched the anime we require you watch the OVA, or read the manga.  The anime is not canon.  This is not our opinion.  This is the law set down by the creator of Hellsing, Kouta Hirano. Yeah.

Name: Tubalcain Alhambra, but sometimes they call him the Dandy Man

Age: 96 (appears to be in his late 30s to early 40s).

Gender: Male

Physical appearance: Alhambra has a body build bordering between slim and average. He appears to be quite tall (a height of nearly 6'8"), which is suggested by his very long, sprinter-like legs. He appears to be a middle-aged man, boasting a finely combed, grayish-colored hair and a dark gray, French-like slim mustache. He has small green eyes with circular ripples. Alhambra possesses a slightly yellowish skin tone, hinting at his Brazilian/Spanish heritage. True to his vampiric reincarnation, his teeth are jagged and his canines are elongated than the rest of his teeth by half a centimeter. Alhambra has a sharp noise that just barely touches his moustache. Alhambra bolsters an oval-shaped head frame, with an almost spiked chin. He appears to be well-fit. It can be noted that his ears are a bit long, elf-like in nature. Alhambra's overall appeareance is just a little bit imposing - height and sharpened traits considered.

Clothing of choice: A cool man of swag, as his name suggests “dandiness”, the vampire wears an old-fashioned outfit. Alhambra sports a brown fedora hat with a white band going around it. He dresses up in a fine brown suit comprised of a brown coatjacket that has button rings around the wrist area and a blue-stripped white collar shirt with an open blue tie tucked under the jacket. On top of the collar garment, he wears a brown vest shirt that conceals the tip of his tie. In the under body department, he wears long brown pants of sleek material and brown leather shoes. Finally, he wears white gloves made of rough latex every single day.

Weaponry of choice: Has a deck of hundreds of playing cards within him. These cards are very sharp, able to cut through police cars, uranium metal, helicopter armor, glass, concrete, and human flesh. They have the notable ability to explode. Explosions can range from pulverizing part of the steps to a grand hotel to blowing up cars and a rooftop deck worth one or two floors. Alhambra is able to control these cards telekinetically and freely, creating a swarm of countless cards that can explode all at once as it envelops the target. The cards are magical in nature, able to negate even Alucard’s regeneration for some time prior his release to Level 1. They can be employed in a versatile manner and travel at extremely high speeds.
Cards are stored in a Hammerspace on Alhambra.

Race: Artificial Vampire

Abilities:
Superhuman strength: Alhambra possesses the superhuman strength expected of vampires, able to easily rip humans apart. He can throw his playing cards with great force at incredible velocity, enough to slice a depleted uranium cannon shell fired right at him.
Superhuman speed: Alhambra has excellent movement speed and reactions. He can keep up with someone like Alucard on foot. Alhambra is able to dodge several bullets from Alucard’s .454 Casull and was able to deflect a bullet from his Jackal at point blank from behind. When handling Seras’s assault rifle, he was able to repeatedly deflect its gunfire. Furthermore, he reacted to Seras’s Harkonnen shell and sliced it in half.
He can leap great distances and walk on the sides of buildings and other surfaces. Has the other standard vampiric capabilities that artificial vamps have.

Dandy Cards: Alhambra’s signature ability – his cards. They can cut through many things and are explosive. He can manipulate them as if he were casting telekinesis on them, having cards float and fly around the air towards the enemy, even if the enemy is dozens of meters up in the air in a helicopter. They’re very deadly in nature, as entire groups of people can be destroyed instantly once these cards are let loose. He has the ability to create “card clones”, doppelgangers that not only completely replicate Alhambra’s appearance, skills, and physical abilities, but also his ability to throw vast numbers of cards around at his enemy while ganging in a heated, intense battle. The difference between the doppelganger and the original is almost null in terms of battle ability, making it hard for opponents to make a distinguishment during battle. Lastly, he can erect barriers using these cards as a medium such as to block bullet fire.

Organization: Millennium

Personality: Alhambra takes things coolly and confidently, unless the situation places great stress on him. Like a gentleman, he has fine etiquette, does not appreciate rude or impolite manners, and maintains an upright, composed posture. When he fights, it’s like he’s dancing; moving and crossing his long legs about at the beat of his cards being thrown or exploding. He has an overconfident attitude, believing that he can easily manipulate humans as suggested by the ‘food chain” and that he can best anyone that he meets, especially the Nosferatu Alucard. In his self-pride as Millennium’s strongest vampire, he has a great rivalry with Alucard. He is aware that Alucard may have some special powers, but as the un-living embodiment of artificial, scientific perfection, he was practically engineered to take down Alucard specifically.

He is loyal to Millennium’s cause, but only if he thinks that he can win a fight or accomplish a mission. He does not like to be one of The Major’s sacrificial pawns. Alhambra likes to mock his enemies and flaunt his superior power as he “decimates” them. Once his arrogance changes to doubt and fear, he’ll enter a nervous breakdown as he panics and sweats, no longer aware of his actions. He has no care for human life nor the live of his “comrades”. He likes to set up traps and manipulate people as part of his battle strategy, and hates it when his fights are interrupted, especially if things are going good for him. In battle, he’s pretty messy for a “Dandy Man”.

Rank: First-Lieutenant

Biography: Tubalcain Alhambra was born in Brazil to two Spanish immigrants. He grew up in poverty and heavily envied the aristocratic-like criminal cartel lords of his district. His only toys were his parents' Baraja playing cards  which he either often dropped around the apartment that he lived in or chewed on just for the fun. Eventually, his parents sat him down and played several card games with him. As a child's only amusement device, the cards were Alhambra's sole sociological support, so his childhood environment centered around a deck of cards. He took great pleasure in playing card games, but a very competitive and selfish desire brew inside of him. The concept of "winner and loser" was not a stranger to Alhambra. Alhmabra, himself, did not grow up to be charitable nor angellic. His father was arrogant and bullied those outside of his family, and Alhmabra was inevitably influenced by his father's scornful attitude. Alhambra was a crook, and was arrested a few times for his pick-pocketing. At whatever run-down school he went to, Alhambra was a popular card magician, taking his parents' playing cards and using them to impress crowds with mostly sleight-of-hand tricks. But after a while, his friends got bored of his cards, and he lost a great deal of his reputation. Dismayed and disappointed, Alhambra stopped doing tricks or playing with his cards, for the fantasy that he grew up with was "obliterated". He revived his interest in the local football (soccer) team, where Alhambra excelled at. With great determination and desire to win, Alhambra used his relatively long legs to dominate the ball, control its curve and trajectory, and punt it with abnormally great force. He became the top player of the team, renown for his leg movements and length. But in the team's final game, they lost, dashing Alhambra's dreams and sending him once more into a bitter depression.

He dropped out of school, and instead went to work with his father in a factory. He led a boring life for a good six years, sometimes picking fights with customers out of provocation or random rage. He was picked up by a member of a drug cartel during one of his fights, who impressed with Alhambra's footwork, offered him some money. Now lured in by the prospect of getting his family and himself out of poverty, Alhambra became involved in trafficking activities and in small-time negotiations. However, when Alhambra was 25, he messed up one trade negotiation, and was brutally beaten to a pulp by one of the criminal lords, and was barely clinging on to life. He remembered the words, "I want to hear you squeal like a pig!" He swore that he would kill the bastard he treated him like a piece of dog shit, like a mere pig. He worked up the cartel ladder, awaiting his vengeance for a span of ten years. Ten years he had nothing but vindictive resentment in his heart. He had to be at a level where he could directly talk to the guy who beated him up, and have knowledge of the organization's map plans and such. He had trained himself in precision, reflex, and blade work just in order to kill the guy. In September 1945, He got word that the organization was gonna transport a "German crew" with trucks, under a request from the Vatican. On that night, Alhambra was among three bodyguards that protected the criminal lord. En route to their destination, Alhambra quickly backstabbed the other two guards. The crime lord fleed from Alhambra, scared and panting, calling him a traitor. Alhambra was able to catch up to him with his footspeed, and repeatedly gutted the guy 50 times in the stomach and jabbed him in the back twenty times, or while saying "I want to hear you squeal like a pig!" after the guy had already died. After the job was finished, Alhambra experienced immense euphoria, and left a Bajara card on the corpse, to mark his prey. He knew that he had to get outta there. He knew that there were gonna be some trucks at the destination point, so he would go there and leave Brazil.

When he arrived at the destination point, Alhambra was shocked. He saw massive corpses of his crime men on the ground, bloodied up. There, he first met The Major, The Doctor, The Captain, Rip Van Winkle, Schrodinger, and Zorin Blitz. They were a Nazi detachment fleeing from Germany, shortly after the war had been lost. The Major questioned why Alhambra was covered in blood, to which Alhambra revealed his vengeance, followed by a spiteful insult to the Major's weight/size. The Major took this gleefully, and recognized the combat skill in Alhambra. He invited Alhambra to join him in Millennium's resumed vampirization project, which Alhambra was extremely curious in it. They seemed to be a bunch of misfits, aiming for super powers, and he himself had nothing better to do. The Major promised to "reawaken" the fantasy that Alhambra had lost in life, and restore him into a perfect man. This captured Alhambra's heart, and his soul dedicated itself to Millennium's success, for he had wanted to regain the joy he had back as a child.

On board, he saw the vampirization technology and the Nazi war criminals. He saw the scythe that Zorin had, and the rifle that Rip had. He wanted a weapon of his own, and requested The Doctor for one. The Doctor asked him what kind of weapon he had wanted. Thinking carefully, Alhambra took out a Bajara card, a card that had given him joy in life. He said that he wanted something that would help him "gamble with life and death", to which The Doctor understood. He received a deck of magically enhanced Americanized playing cards. They were tough, for even though they could bend (slightly), Alhambra himself had trouble even ripping the card. They were extremely sharp, for just by touching the edge would prick his finger (which is why he wears gloves). But most of all, if thrown at a particular force, they would EXPLODE. Fireworks and combustions became Alhambra's new high, for he took pleasure in something that lighted up his surroundings, something that is loud, grand, and can be used to murder the shit out of people. He practiced with these "death" cards day and night, particularly with some of the criminals on board. He would play card games with them, which everybody was afraid to play with, since they could explode on them at any time - truly a game that gambles with life and death. And sometimes they did. Becoming secular and material, alhambra used Millennium's riches to buy himself new clothes to look like a rich man, and dressed himself in an ostentatious manner. With his foppy clothing and deadly cards, he was called the "Dandy Man" on board of Millennium's aircrafts, and was very feared.

Alhambra continued to improve his physical stature and refine his skill at throwing his playing cards, until he reached a point where age caught up with his superhuman capabilities. Luckily, Millennium's vampirization was perfected, and everyone on board enlisted to attain immortality and supernatural power. Alhambra reverted to a younger form, and he attained massively greater physical abilities. His vampirization rate was among the highest of the vampires in Millennium, able to develop a telekinetic connection with his cards via black magic, allowing him to control them with extreme precision, which delighted Alhambra even more. He could even go so far as to make duplicates of himself with clones - surely the world had gone mad with magic. He did not make the wrong choice in joining the Nazi ranks. He felt lucky that he had gained such magical power, but he also began to become more independent, and his arrogant ways returned in his elder years, seeking an opponent to fight. He discovered the motive behind Millennium's cause - Alucard. The No Life King. Nosferatu. Dracula. He was the target of the 1000 men Lezte Bataillon. The strongest vampire in existence. He didn't know why, but he didn't care. All he knew is that in order to seek greater heights, to transcend even vampires, he would have to kill Alucard. With The Doctor's technology, his cards were designed to hurt even the most powerful regenerators. Finding out that Alucard had returned to the world, Alhambra bidded his time and specifically trained himself to fight the brutal strength of Alucard.

Social Post:
The BOPE officials gathered around him, waiting for a word of approval or an expression of praise. Alhambra did not want to induldge these dogs, but since he was the center of attention now, he should at least tell them that he's seeing progress. Alhambra clapped his hands and turned his neck upwards, showing his nifty moustache and cool face that was concealed by the shadow of his hat. "Work as hard as yoo can, everyone... If yoo want to go to a land with no aging or illness".. Immediately, everyone went back to their radio and telecommunications to see if the terrorists were slaughtered yet. Alhambra sighed. These dogs were too easy. Humans are simply not worthy to engage in a dandy conversation with him, but Millennium had sent him as the man for the job. After all, who else could directly take on the No Life King? Captain? The mute's a scrub. Zorin? Rip? Neither of them spent a decade trying to fight Alucard. Luke? Jan? Dead. He was the only one who could kill him. Alhambra laughed out loud, remembering how Luke gloated how he'd make Alucard his "dog" the day before he was literally eaten by him. The police commander heard it - it was a high-pitched laugh, almost like that of a pig squealing. The commander leaned over the table, excited and curious. "M..Mr. Tubalcain... what is it like? Vampires....Immortality..?" he asked. Alhambra tutted, and gently smiled at the poor, idiot commander. "Old sport, do yoo not understand what it feels like to live? To no longer having to fight for your life every single day? The immortality of vampire.... is like breathing. One will find.... eternal life", he answered. "Do we.... do we have to drink blood?" he asked. Alhambra gave him a innocent, surprised look. "Noooo, nooooo, old sport. That is a rumor made by the very humans that you will surpass. Vampires do not have to even touch a drop of blood. They do not have to eat. They cannot die, and they are never hungry. Although if yoo do drink blood, heh heh....who knows what may happen?" The commander, satisfied, thanked the Dandy Man. "Immortality is such a blessing, Mr. Tubalcain!" Alhambra laughed again in high pitch. Yes.... yes.... not that you will get it... old sport.

Battle post:
He had waited for so long for this day! So long! He knew that he will fight Alucard right after he was released from his slumber. And now, he had his chance. Alhambra, who usually retained a sweat-less cool, started to feel mushiness at the back of his neck. But these were sweats of joy, not of fear. "Im here to take your 'UN-life', Mr. Aloocard. Millennium has given me to task of bringing yoo in. Well.... at least a sample of you, anyway." Alhambra let loose a plethora of his Dandy cards out from his arms, cards that easily numered a hundred would spread all over Alucard, like a rat trapped in a cage. Alhambra swiftly threw one, single, "winning" card at Alucard's direction, and an explosion set off right at the staircase Alucard stood on, igniting some of the cards that had surrounded him too. The cards that had blindsided Alucard were swept away, and subsequently returned to Alhambra's deck. Blankets of smoke obscured his view of Alucard, but Alhambra already knew the half-baked meat sack that Alucard will be left in. He looked with an almost erotic look on his face, anticipating Alucard's next move, if he even could make a next move. The glass of the hotel door was shattered, but Alhambra could make out a ghastly shadow right under it, a presence of subtle insanity. Tch, he reconciled, now grinning at Alucard. This foool is tougher than I thought.... I should 'bake' him this time Alucard rubbed the left side of his face. "I see, I see... what a completely hopeless lot! So it was you guys! Then it is completely natural that I will have to be your opponent. I suppose you don't learn anything from dying once." The two of them got into their poses... and the bloodbath began..

With a quick swipe of his hand, two Dandy cards dashed parallel to each other towards Alucard, who leapt away from the now-known lethalty of Alhambra's deck of tricks, leaving the would-be surviving glass doors the unfortunate victims of Alhambra and Alucard's path of destruction. Alucard landed on his feet right in front of the police squad, but Alhambra already anticipated this and launched four of his magic cards at Alucard, slicing through the air with a sharp echo, like a blade grinding on steel. Acting on reflex, Alucard barely ducked below the cards, and instead they bifurcated three bystanding police men. But Alhambra did not care. He was too busy relishing under the air of vampiric combat, a hunt between predator and prey so to speak. Collateral damage? Pff... who cares! Alhambra executed a swaggy sidestep just in time to avoid Alucard's Casull bullets. So the Noo Life King still has some of his prized bullets, left eh? No matter! he thought as he swung with full force multitudes of cards that were triggered to explode. After a good ten seconds, the hotel plaza became a pulverized ground of metal, car parts, cardboard, and most common of all - human flesh. Indeed, blood puddles drooled in front of the hotel in Rio de Janeiro, explosions and smoke pilfering the sanctity of the air. And it was through this did Alhambra successfully take advantage of a 8-second interval on his part, for Alucard was aimlessly firing bullets throughout the air, to craft a clone of himself with his Dandy cards. The two Dandy Man's smiled at each other, and the duplicate took over in his place to spam cards around to induce senseless destruction. It was only after did Alucard kill a poor news reporter did he finally shoot the clone at point-blank with his legendary Jackal, but it had been all for naught, for Alhambra had rigged the whole thing with a strategy he had come up years ago to battle Alucard.

The real Alhambra went out of his hiding spot behind a car he had wrecked, and ambushed Alucard with a non-explosive card, slicing his upper back and forcing a large amount of blood to gush out of it. But the Vampire King was an endless, walking bag of blood, so losing one or two litres would not keep Alhambra awake at night. The blood fell back down and drenched Alucard's body as he collapsed to the ground. "Gotcha." And Alhambra sent a wave of exploding cards right where Alucard's body was, nuking whatever was left of the sucka. Just like basting a turkey.... he giggled. But then he noticed that Alucard's body was nowhere to be seen, and turned his head to a building side to see a bleeding Alucard, smiling down at him with a hypnotic stare. "You won't get away", Alhambra said coolly, leaping into the air and landing 20 meters above the building floor. "The Vampire Alucard is nothing!" he gloated, with a high-pitch voice equivalent to a pig squeal. So easy.... so easy... perhaps the Noo Life King is nothing but an old sport as well, eh?
