Kaibutsu returned from his meeting with his new squad and arrives at the corridor of the Hokage's office. The pathway was dim-lighted and silent, with no people disturbing the privacy. Aside walking with Kaibutsu, was Egress Uchiha - the Hokage. "Well Kaibutsu, I have mark this moment as the right time to consult my assistants," said Egress. Finally.... he must be in alot of trouble... thought Kaibutsu. 'Recently, we've discovered the movements of Akatsuki and identified their goals. Their objective is to capture the nine great bijuus, including our own Kyuubi. Their leader is none other than Raiden Uchiha. Right now, I fear that our village woudl not be strong enough to hold and defeat the Akatsuki when they decide to launch a hit on us, much less have us escape," explained Egress. "I cannot a single solution on how to strengthen the village so we would have a high chance, which is why I need you, Kaibutsu." "Hmm... well if we were to strengthen our village, we should start by improving our most prioritical defense- the world barrier," suggested Kaibutsu. "Ah yes, but how?" wondered Egress. "Well if I'm correct, Raiden Uchiha was once one of the ANBU Black Ops," confirmed Kaibutsu. "I suppose that is correct.."replied Egress. "If he is the leader of Akatsuki, we should expect an attack anytime and should be ready. All ANBU Black Ops have knowledge of Konoha's World Barrier and how to deactivate it. The Akatsuki would infiltrate into Konoha with ease and we would be defenseless." "Yeah, so we should change the code?" asked Egress. "No I have a better idea, we should try enhancing the barrier so we can identify more of the enemy. And also we should change it as well," replied Kaibutsu. "How are we do that?" asked Egress. "I know soemone..." responded Kaibutsu.



Within Konoha's Barrier Chamber

Egress and Kamikaze Hyuuga were gathered up in the barrier room. Egress inserted a few codes into the barrier and the barrier technique revealed itself. "Erect another barrier.." ordered Egress. Weaving a few handseals, Kamikaze used a barrier ninjutsu with the world barrier and summoned an invisible barrier protecting the INSIDE. Now Konoha not only knows who enters but also who LEAVES the village. "Splendid, now I do believe Kaibutsu said that..." Kamikaze nodded. "Yes sir, I do have that jutsu." Kamikaze used a Fuuinjutsu on the two world barriers as the two barriers were enhanced. Name, age, chakra, time were all known to whoever is in Konoha. Furthermore, it didn't hurt for the Hokage to submit a recon barrier to watch over Konoha when someone is used as a medium to do so. 'Thank you Kamikaze, you may leave now," said Egress. Kamikaze left gladly. The roomw as dark and no one else was in the room. If the Akatsuki were to attack, Egress woudl not who are the enemies and how many of them they are. It is becoming a great plan. But why stop there? It can still be easily disabled. Forming the handseals to deactivate the barrier, Egress opened up the "Code screen." With this screen, Egress can CHANGE the barrier's code. Egress typed in a new code consisting of a few words needed to speak it, a long needed row of handseals, and the precise sudden surge of chakra to the seals surrounding the barrier. Now not even the Akatsuki nor anyone else knows the code. For the final part of the code requires something to have the ability to see chakra AND barriers to deactivate it. EGress decided taht no one else shoudl know the code except for him and him only. Exiting out of everything, only the Hokage knew the barrier's jutsu code. He did not even trust any of the barrier squad members. The only person he could ever confind on this information is Light's Shadow's commander. Now... Konoha was ready for the Akatsuki. He would instruct the barrier squad's new instructions later. But for now, he would hav eto move on to his second plan.

Kiyomi Senshin, a blue-haired man with a large bandaged blade attached to his back, walked up the stairs of Kirigakure's Administration Building. He walked up a few floors and stopped at the fifth floor. Kiyomi approached the corridor until he noticed the Mizukage's Office to the right. It was standing right there like a relic of the past. Kiyomi's headband was strapped to his the upper area of his right arm, concealed by his jacket. Kiyomi didn't really need the damn thing anyway. He perferred it to be removed from him. He was already recognized as one of Kirigakure's war heroes and is the Sanban Swordsmen of the Mist. Nevertheless, he did it for his honor and respect of Kirigakure. Kiyomi knocked on the door of the office and opened it slightly.

Final Journal Write
Prior to the demographic assignment, I had thought that the country’s population was primarily split between Democrat and Republican, with little fluctuation with their ideals and motives. However, after I read the county map of political perspectives, I learned that the country is very divided, which was suggested by the 2012 election results. There’s no clear consensus or majority between voters. Furthermore, I learned that liberals may have conservative ideals and vice versa, so calling someone a liberal and expecting them to follow a side opposite to that of a conservative’s is a generalization.

Egress supressed a smile within his mask as the things that occured happened exactly the way he wanted to. He easily evaded the projectiles fired back at him and went between Rey and his assistant. Rey would block the attack and try to make a counter, but the thing Rey had fallen for is that Egress also expected Tamiat to attack him. He focused on Rey because there was no need for him to have his guard up against Tamiat. With his back turned, he could hack right through Rey's defense. But things started to unravel when all of Egress's attacks with metal objects did not even compromise Rey's health. In fact, it had worked to his advantage. Egress assumed that Rey's flesh and blood within his skin is now that of an iron-quality and so ordinary metallic attacks do not have an effect on him. Egress was pleased to have discovered this, as this proved that Rey's natural endurance has increased to great levels and his blood manipulation abilities might have as well. This was confirmed when Egress noticed Rey blocking his attack with only his arm supported by his free hand, with only a slight, bloody cut that barely pierced the skin on the arm that blocked his attack. Suddenly, solid spikes of blood formed on Rey's arm and it overpowered Egress's clash. He was pushed back by a mere inch, his ninjato now under his waist as well as his guard lowered, and Rey continued to attack him with his arm while Tamiat would strike from the back. Egress shifted his eyes slightly and splitted his focus between Rey and Tamiat. Whatever she was, Tamiat was not human. A bound spirit, perhaps. No, from her appearance, she is most likely something like a demoness. But her spirit is still bound to this earth. The Mizukage easily registered everything he has seen very quickly. Rey is trying to reach for his upper body parts, meaning that he has a deadly trick up his sleeve the moment he makes contact with it. Egress did not know what, but it must be some kind of jutsu. In which case, he is to be absolutely careful that he does not get into close quarters with Rey or let him touch him. The consequence can be fatal. And if Rey has other tricks that is usable at long-range, Egress knows exactly how to disrupt them.

Egress was prepared for this and was about to launch his sudden counter.... when a man drenched in blue chakra flashed right in front of him! The man did the blocking for him, stopping both Tamiat and Rey's attack. Egress has seen that sword before and immediately recognized the voice when the man called his name. The sword..... Apocalypse... owned by... thought Egress. He quickly jumped back a few feet to the right before anyone could make an attack on him. You! clenched Egress. Idiot.... y-you....y-you're....You're the Biggest Idiot! thought Egress. I went into battle believing none of the villagers nor my comrades will be involved! And now here you are with the light of motivation to kill. Are you trying to make a full-on charge to Hell?! Of course Egress's expression did not change while saying this and this was only in his thoughts. He sighed. He cannot force someone like Zero to leave the battlefield radius nor leave this battle. Zero will bypass it quickly and he will definitely fight and back him up. Plus, this is a battle that must be fought. At best, he will leave Zero to take care of the demoness and he will take care of Rey when a young girl flashed right besides Rey. What the... wondered Egress. Egress had no idea who this girl was as her hood concealed her face. But the fact that she resides with Rey must meant that Rey has chosen her. No matter, he will find out soon enough as Zero will do it for him. Whoever the girl is, she would not be compromising his health at all. And as if he had waken up, Zero Ketsueki decided to enter the fight as well. He has to admit, the method in which he entered the battle was extremely funny. Who does this kid think he is? Interfering a battle in which he does not belong and uttering a warning to one of the members of the five shinobi nations. Zero would need to have his mind cleared up with a little thrashing, but Egress did not forget who the real opponent is.

Strangely, shinobi suddenly entered this battle that was supposed to be between Rey and him. Does this truly mean that this battle is a symbol of the everlasting war that has been active for dozens of centuries and it is a duel that cannot be fought alone? If so, then help should be appreciated here. He would need to re-think his plan. He did not know what the girl can do but she must have great potential. There was Zeros, a skilled and formidable enemy within the Akatsuki and brother of Rey. But nothing's change. It was 4 against two but the strain here is the same as 2 against one when it was just Egress all alone. He needed to adjust his plan but not his methods. Egress's best natural physical capability would be his reflexes and instincts. He is able to register what he sees, react to it, plan a counter, and act on it. He can instantaneously stimulate his own neural network and speed up his synapses immediately to react through intent and pressure. The trouble would be is recovery rate. Zero Uchiha is a capable ninja who can fight numerous Jounin for extensive periods of time before tiring out. He is after all, a natural successor to the Sharingan and Uchiha clan, and one well-versed in the advanced ninja arts. Both Zeros are at least Jounin-level and can take on as well as handle the other. The girl seemed to be way out of their league. She does not belong in this battle and should not be here. She is strong but Egress is confident that he will just rush up to her and beat the hell out of her with his bare hands and feet. RIp out her arms, crush her legs, and beat her to a bloody pulp till she bleeds and asks for mercy. But the Uchiha is not feeling cruel at this moment. Zero already made his move and leaped at Zeros, a fellow Seven Swordsmen of the Mist. As he wanted, he hoped that Zero will battle Zeros as their powers are pretty equal and deal with the girl. The Mizukage sheathed his blade to his hip. Now that Rey is busy gloating about rising to godship and Zeros just wants to kill off Zero or else if he gets distracted he will be killed, Egress started to weave handseals at his average speed while the conversation and commotion is going on and with Zero's violent burst of chakra preventing anyone from seeing Egress.


Katon: Goukakyuu no Jutsu! unleashed Egress. Within one second of handseal weaving, Egress blasted a small fireball from his mouth that quickly expanded into a large one. The fireball aimed for the ground and between Tamiat and Rey and the girl. The impact released strong torrents of flames emanating from the fireball as it drilled into the ground. As fire obscured vision, clouds of dust and swarms of tiny rock particles and debris erupted from the ground, concealing sight. Egress immediately leaped in near the fireball from his own entry point as he is protected by his jutsu and ducked with his body turned sideways and his cloak concealing his hands. He formed nine handseals, with no one to see them, and the added precaution began to take place. A large amount of chakra started to compress and combine within Egress's abdomen, forming a highly dense raw chakra shape. It was chakra consumption but it did not hinder him as it has yet to leave his body. He is simply preparing in case he needed it. The usage of handseals and chakra compression allowed Egress to use it whenever he desires by thought and it is impossible for the others to detect this change in his chakra levels unless they have a doujutsu capable of percieving chakra. But Egress did not worry about that, because the collection of pebbles, rock, and flames blocked any sight of him. Now that he is finished, the flames will continue to back away Rey and his allies for a few more seconds. Although being near it does nothing but shift the temperature of the surrounding air, contact will result in second-degree burns. By the time the fireball diminished, a large crater existed within the earth between Rey and Tamiat and a small cloud of smoke appeared above it as bits of rock and dusty debris covered the ground. Egress shifted into a ground-crouched "turtle" position in which his hands and knee are on the ground, his legs and feet pointing up, his head facing the enemy, and his body relatively flat to the earth. From his ninja pouches, he threw four shurikens at Rey at high speed while five meters away from his position. Two shurikens spiraled its way from Egress's left and curved towards Rey's right while two shurikens were aimed lower from Egress's right and curved towards Rey's left. Egress knew that this was dodgeable but figuring that Rey would just allow it to hit him for he no longer sees any reason to avoid simple attacks, Egress also threw a dozen wire-attached kunai with six exploding tags attached to them at Rey. The resulting explosion will affect a three-meter radius and blast anyone within it to smithereens, a power that Egress doubted that Rey can simply just ignore. He wanted to see more of Rey's new abilities as he already knew that his physical state and prowess is well beyond what he'd expect. Of course, the girl will be caught within the blast radius as well. Leaving Zero to Zeros, Egress grabbed onto two larger shurikens that was summoned from his previous projectile attack and was reflected right back at him. They would help in defending. While in his posture, he'll be able to react to any attack from all sides and direction regardless of speed and angle and counter immediately while making alternations and switched. As Egress concentrates on Rey, the female, and Tamiat's movements, he prepares to seize the tide of the battle...

Egress observed the scene from his flat position as the girl made his jutsu and physical attacks seem like nothing. If she wasn't just a random accomplice and someone that either Rey or Zeros had chosen, then he could see why. Any Hyuga at the Genin level would have been enveloped by the flames due to their chakra rotation and his explosive-tagged kunais would have instantly ignited and exploded the moment that chakra sphere made contact with it. And if that happened, then the force and explosive blast will incinerate the Hyuga and Rey. But it didn't, instead the flames coming out of his fireball was bounced off instead of engulfing and he was surprised that his projectile attack was also repelled so precisely and quickly that the explosive tags did not even activate yet. She was chosen well.... noted Egress. This told Egress that she was at least Chunin level. She made it seem so easy but he is well aware that she knew her limits. Both kunai and paper notes were repelled before anyone of them could serve their purpose. And now blood spheres were heading towards Egress when Rey somehow materialized blood out of thin air around his projectiles and seemingly melted them before his explosive tags could take place. Egress chuckled. This Ketsueki is now able to create blood out of nowhere and can now make them melt the things they touch. Fantastic! What else can this kid do with blood? wondered Egress. He rolled towards the right in order to dodge the blood spheres, though not for long. But for him to act so quickly against explosive tags must mean that they would have harmed him. A weakness. or it could be that Rey is just showing off his skills. This was supported when the ground took a slight shake and from a distance, a huge wave of red liquid is now ready to topple everyone in the battlefield. So he wishes to change the terrain. This would mean that as long as that enormous supply of blood stands, he can attack from anywhere so long as that blood remains on the ground. deduced Egress. The blood wave toppled over Egress's position, firmly drenching and drowning everything around it as if the wave was just focused on him as the blood spheres were re-directed to attack him. When the blood wave died down, Egress's Mizukage cloak was left on the blood lake, all wet and destroyed. Had the jutsu killed him? Well, if one should look above, they would see a man cloaked in a silk-like black robe with incomprehensible text and symbols on it with what appeared to be a large, hand-like wing covered entirely in black feathers sprouted from his right shoulder blade. The Mizukage had just activated his Sora Juin, the Sky Curse Seal, which he had mastered and has developed from the day he received it as a Genin. Egress had been quick about it, as he is aware that he is incredibly vulnerable when he is on ground. The blood spheres that was aimed for him would be destroyed by the ocean that Rey generated. Now that he is in an aerial position, he hoped that he can avoid any attacks from the blood. Of course, Rey was nowhere to be seen. Probably hiding and swimming within the blood.... trying to launch a surprise attack on me. assumed Egress. From his view, he could see that the girl was formerly a Konoha shinobi just like him and is a Missing-Nin. A Hyuuga.... probably a good one at it too. That would explain why she possesses the Byakugan and why she was about to use the Rotation technique. But her Byakugan won't do much to me. I have already conjoured up something that blocks the chakra perceiving traits of all sensory techniques, including doujutsu. Of course, she can still see the tenketsu but she cannot comprehend any of my chakra consumptions or manipulation. The Hyuuga seemed to be focused on Zero so he will leave her to him. He already knew all that is needed to be known about the Byakugan after fighting the Hyuga clan a long time ago. He ignored Tamiat to study the grography. Nothing but blood. He had to focus on Rey and his sword. he located Zero, and found him standing right above the blood with a jutsu. "Zero! Get away from there! It's not safe to be standing right on the blood!" shouted Egress. Zero's Sharingan was still active as well as Apocalypse, but to be out of his Bijuu forms must mean that he did not find any reason to keep it active. The Uchiha agreed with Zero. They were both Jinchuruki, full-blooded Uchihas, true successors and masters of the Sharingan, and S-rank shinobi. Together, their shinobi powers will dominate the battlefield. But Rey and Zeros were brothers who probably spent time training each other's skills, so before any teamwork could actually be formed, Rey must be located. Suddenly, from the corner of his eye, he noticed Zeros's gaze looking above. He had been detected. Egress almost reacted when Zeros stopped forward, but saw a change in the look of his eyes. Suddenly, the skies roared with what seemed to be the shattering noise of thunder and the air shifting around him. Zeros is enraged, as evident by the change in the air, vibrating noise, and electricity sparkling around him. But it did not seem to be he nor Zeros he is enraged at. No, it was the demoness known as Tamiat. Zeros turned against her and made an attack. It was as if he suddenly realized something. Is he preparing to act on his own motives? Or is he simply invoking a sense of responsibility? Egress did not understand this at all. He didn't know which side Zeros was on. Probably he was on his own side. he wasn't sure how the Ketsueki's behavior suddenly changed and now he is acting all crazy. Is he pretending? Egress considered the fact that Zeros is just acting. He would have to check out the true intentions while within this battle. As the noise was thundering, Egress took advantage of the moment with a tactic of his own. Egress quickly formed a few handseals and sent a Raiton chakra signal all the way to the heavens. The thundering noise helped disguise this movement. Finally, Egress seized control over the thunderclouds all the way above. And because of Zeros's action, Egress doubted anyone noticed the lightning taking shape into the form of a dragon. Finally, the skies grew dark and it roared an immensely loud noise. The flash of thunder brightened the dimness and shook the ground even more. Finally, the gigantic lightning dragon can be seen right above the battlefield. "Lightning Release: Lightning Dragon Strike!' executed Egress. Nine more dragons of equivalent size and length apepared, each besides the other in a soldier formation. These dragons were powerful and dangerous, as evident by th advanced and complex nature of this ninjutsu in taking advantage of the atmospheric energy within thunderclouds. Because they were partly composed of chakra, they will not travel as fast as Egress would have hoped them to but still faster than the speed of sound. Course, the speed won't seem to be any difference. They were extremely accurate and controlled by Egress himself. The ten lightning dragons made the blood ocean seem like child's play. Strike down! In an instant, all lightning dragons aimed down towards the blood ocean in a quick flash, with a large blue pillar replacing the appearance of the dragons. The dragons will reach the ground in just one second after being told to, and the force they apply should be something above what Rey can block or dodge. But Egress isn't really trying to uncover Rey just by hitting the blood and guessing where he could be. Which is why he asked Zero to take on an aerial position. Blood is a fluid and is 92% composed of water, meaning that it conducts electricity due to its salt composition. In just three seconds after being struck, the entire blood ocean will conduct the electricity and electrocute the senses of anyone that is standing on or within the blood. Once that happens, the victim will either be dead or be completely paralyzed. Either way, once someone is caught within the electrical conduction, the battle is over. The attack will also disrupt and severe the chakra flow of the blood ocean, thus disabling anyone or at least making it very difficult for anyone to manipulate or move the blood produced, unless of course, they pour chakra equivalent to the mass of the ocean or by some other means to return control over its chakra flow. The force applied caused waves of blood to rise high from the ocean, making the ocean a lot less thick and easier for Egress to detect Rey. When the waves descended back down, their size will pummel anyone standing near or in it down and drown them with humongous force. Egress remained his position as he decimated the battlefield, surrounded by descending waves of blood and flashes of thunder. While in mid-air, he can read the field and react. Turning Rey's own jutsu against him was a tactic developed by Egress in anticipation that he would confront him again. The blood was just convenient. Should Rey be under the blood ocean and be electrocuted, he will realize that his own technique have been turned against him and used to Egress's advantage, and if that happens, it is....


Game over.

So his Raiton attack did not work against Tamiat or Rey. The demoness is impervious to powerful electrical-attacks, including electrical conduction, and forceful pressure. Fascinating.... I wonder if she could regenerate? observed Egress. As long as she is within blood, physical attacks like that have little effect. He saw that Bloodluster also absorbed the major charges of the electricity. He saw the blood pool sinking even lower before, just about by one feet. The electricity must have been redirected towards the ground, and the lightning demolished some of the wet earth. A lightning rod type. This is good, as there will be further distance between himself and his enemies and there will be some mud below. Then, he realized that his assumption on Rey's position was somewhat right. Within the blood ocean, but something a bit odd that he couldn't put his finger on. But Egress didn't have to worry. The electricity obviously traveled throughout the ocean as it was pulled in by Bloodluster. Whatever Rey was hiding with he will have to exit out of within a few seconds. The task was done, for the chakra flow of the ocean was disrupted entirely. Completely useless, and Egress is glad that he no longer has to worry about that. Just then, he noticed a heavy tug on his back wing. Zero flickered himself and is holding on to it. You! grunted Egress. He did his best to keep balance, until Zero teleported to a tree behind him. True, they cannot kill the girl without some good reason. But they cannot simply ignore her, for she was someone that is likely to backstab them during an intense fight. This was confirmed when the Hyuuga flickered right in front of him. It was too easy to track her down, after all he had a full awareness over the battlefield and her speed was a bit too slow for his accurate eyes. Egress instantly looked above and shifted his body so that his heart area will be the target of Faith's attack. As expected, an attack from a blindspot. "You're quite capable, but I'm afraid that your Byakugan is still stuck at the Chunin level," stated Egress. But before he could choose one of the two options he decided to use to block, a massive blade flew from the ocean and blocked Faith's attack for him. Nani?! . The blade was Zeros's. Was he really trying to help them? And unless the Hyuuga had wonderful reflexes, Egress expected her to be cut down and immobolized for the rest of the battle. He then descended down about a feet above the blood. "Doton: Kajugan no Jutsu!" executed Egress as he gently placed his fingers on the blood. Instantly, the blood ocean petrified to an extremely solid, earthern quality as the blood ocean turned to stones and earth. The ocean will crumble away as it is solidfied and altered to earth, including increasing its weight so it fit it. If Rey is still within the blood, then he better get out because the moment he gets caught in it, he will be petrified and become a statue for an eternity. The blood on his fingers were also turned to stones. From his jutsu, the amount of earth that was destroyed previously in the battle will be restored and even heightened. After that, Egress flapped his wings with a powerful burst of energy and rose seven meters within the air. It amused him, because Zeros's warning to Rey and Tamiat was just the same one that was directed at Zero and he. In any case, it would take a bit more effort to take down his enemies. Suddenly, claw-like marks began to spread around Egress's body like flames, enveloping him with strange symbollic pictograms. This was the true level 1 release of his Sky Curse Seal. His senses as well as his physical capabilities, including strength, speed, agility, stamina, endurance, and jumping power have noticably increased. He also had a better chakra control. Level 1: Complete. Then, a second and final wing sprouted from Egress's left shoulder blade. With a full set of wings while in level one, Egress can navigate, manuever, and fly within the air like none other else. "I understand now! I understand how you managed to become the Akatsuki Leader. Rey Ketsueki, "The Blood Knight", here is your godforsaken answer to your attempt to rise to a god! Fight me with all of the strength you have trained to achieve!" announced Egress. And with that, he immediately flew higher and higher into the air with short yet powerful flaps from his two wings until he could barely see the ground below. Once that happened, Egress cupped his hand-wings together to form something like the Snake handseal with a large opening within the center. Suddenly, a fireball sprouted between the wings. Second by second as Egress flapped his combined wings higher and higher, that fireball was infused with more chakra and it became more fierce and intense. From the ground view, the only they could see would be the tail of a flame like the flame trail produced by a rocket launching into the air. Egress's wings grew hot as the blazing fireball was now a bright red-orange. Egress stopped at about 150 meters within the air, looked below, and focused the B-rank fireball. Egress then threw that fireball at blazing high speeds down right at the ground. Instantly after that, Egress sent a B-rank Fuuton wave towards the fireball, immediately igniting it and increasing its mass and size to a solid, gigantic, enflamed comet-like fireball. The flaming ball will travel down to the ground about where Egress last stood on in about seven seconds. Because the fire was enhanced by the wind, it was now at A-rank level. But because it is traveling down at an increasingly high rate at full force while the air friction is setting the ball ablaze, the descending force will increase the fireball to S-rank level, or more accurately, deal S-rank level damage. When it got near, it will be so hot that blood will boil, skin will sweat, and trees will ignite in fire. Upon contact, the large fireball will be so devastating that it will expand immediately into a tremendous explosion encompassing an extremely wide area. A blast radius even larger than the battlefield they were fighting in. The flames and force will destroy mostly all nature, the earth, and incinerate all at ground level into mere ashes and then nothingness. The outcome will be especially destructive to the environment, demolishing matter and shattering all hopes of simply moving to dodge it. It has enough heat in it to rapidly evaporate water. The power is exceedingly powerful and if the expansion of white, super-hot flames don't kill ya, then the force of impact will. The Mizukage felt slightly exhausted. This was unusual for him. Perhaps it was the heat that caught to him. He descended down at a fairly steady rate, trying to force Rey to fight at full power and push him to his uppermost limits. I tried out this move just to force Rey to rely on some hidden power he is concealing. I dislike it, but it has to be done. Nature's rebirth is natural, after all. I just hope Zero can survive this. OOC: Due to my impatience, motivation, and inability to find a jutsu training requirement/word count system, I have decided to go on and make a training post with a length accordingly to what I find to be the best minimum. From the time I post this up, I have not locate a jutsu training system. If one does pop up after this post, then please do not mod it yet if I need to lengthen the word count.

Combustion, Neton (Fire + Advanced Fire): the combustion element masters the ability to burn given materials, wind users can’t face this element and hope to have a chance, in fact even normal water will not put out the flames created by this chakra, only a level two combination of water with another element can hope to dowse these flames, Weakest against Liquids, Strongest against Sound

Poison, Dokuton (Fire + Wind): This Element is the potent combination of Fire then Wind that allows for the complete control of toxic gases and poisonous substances, the user creates them by burning the materials needed for recipes of death and uses wind to direct and funnel their smoke wherever they want... in it’s earlier stages it allows for thick clouds of gas, in it’s crueler higher skilled attacks can be invisible or otherwise detected too late after the victim is caught in the users clutches... weak against water then fire based chakras, but strong against wind then lighting based chakras... Plasma, Purton (Fire + Lightning): the “Element of the Sun” as it is refered to... it is a potent mix of Fire then Lightning chakra that allows one to create a substance that has the brightness and burning power of the Sun... burns from this substance are extremely painful and are not wholly healable for people who are lucky, or unlucky enough to survive an assault by users of this formidable element... It is rumored that this element is the end result of the Uchiha Bloodlines abilities in chakra formation but that rumor is to date unconfirmed... weak against water then wind type charkas, but strong against wind then earth chakras... Strongest against Phasing, Weakest against Ice...

Magma, Maton (Fire + Earth): this chakra affinity allows the user to summon from the ground molten earth and control over the substances movements... this deadly fusion of Fire then Earth can create a landscape of ash and fire, but will fee water based charkra attacks if they get careless... weak against water then lightning attacks, strong against wind then water attacks... Strongest against Shadow, Weakest against Acid...

Steam, Joton (Fire + Water): This mixture of the forces of Fire then Water in chakra give the user ability to create clouds of vapor that are actually boiling hot... they can control geothermal upwelling and also manipulate the steam into forms allowing for potent and painful illusions... weak against water then earth attacks, strong against wind then fire attacks... Strongest against Flight, Weakest against Diamond...

Sound, Oton (Wind + Advanced Wind): The combination of wind then wind allows for the free control of air particles, creating, destroying or otherwise manipulating sound, regular flames will not work against sound as it is too powerful a force to stop with just a fire... only level 3 combinations that include Fire can hope to combat this formidable attack... Weakest against Combustion, Strongest against Magnetism

Light, Toton (Wind + Lightning): This balancing of wind then lighting energies, allows for users to alter the hues of the colors around them, create beams of light, and also electrocute enemies... the principle is by controlling wind and mastering the separation of different chemical elements of the air such as Neon for example, and then exciting that substance with electricity, one can manipulate, and create light energy... weak against fire then lightning charkas, strong against lightning then earth charkas... Strongest against Gravity, Weakest against Poison...

Phasing, Souton (Wind + Earth): This technique allows by controlling the molecules of substances for the free passing of persons or objects through other matter... by using both wind then earth chakra together one can control all of the particles of matter that make up their surroundings, and allows for interesting variations that include the Kaguya Clans ability to make the bones of their body grow and change their attributes, and another variation in the sound brothers Ukon and Sakon who can rematerialize themselves in one or two bodies at will... weak against fire then lightning, strong against lightning then water... Shadow, Kagton (Wind + Water): this element comes from the ability of users to use control over the air and the transparency of its vapors to manipulate and control shadows... Thermals... by controlling winds and air temperature with chakra users of this element can use this ability to make flat buoyant objects fly, it allows for fatiguing and dehydrating wind attacks, and also this ability allows for the bending of light into genjutsu mirages... weak against fire then water attacks, strong against lightning then wind attacks... Strongest against Shock, Weakest against Steam

Magnetism, Jiton (Lightning + Advanced Lightning): The combination of lightning and lightning allows for the control of magnetic polarity of ions in the air, allowing the user to fight using attracting and repelling magnetic forces... wind will not affect magnetic forces without being fused with more elemental chakra to form a Level 2 combo... Weakest against Sound, Strongest against Metal

Gravity, Geton (Lightning + Earth): This element combines the powers of Lightning and Earth charkas to control the force of gravity and its effects on objects persons and the environment... controlling the very weight of everything is a potent weapon and can leave a victim flattened, disorientated, and in worst case utterly helpless... Our forums own Soratodai have the corner on this element, but the Koumori also seem to have this ability as well... weak against wind then lightning chakras, strong against earth then water chakras... Storm, Araton (Lightning + Water) the abilities granted by mixing an electric field and water is of course weather control, this chakra ability can shape and control storm clouds, it can also alter pressures, temperatures, and compositions of the air... weak against wind then earth chakras, strong against earth then fire chakras... Weakest against Phasing, Strongest against Glass...

Radiation, Houton (Lightning + Fire) by combining Lightning then Fire chakras this element controls the heat and reactivity of substances at the molecular level, by controlling the heat and particle transfer at the subatomic level users of this element use subtle but powerful attacks that in their early stages fatigued and or sterilize victims, in their highest and most unstable stages create reactions of cataclysmic proportions... it is rumored that Chakra Absorbers are of this elements affinity... weak against wind then water chakras, strong against earth then wind chakras... Metal, Kinton (Earth + Advanced Earth): Adding earth chakra with more earth chakra will allow the user to create and manipulate different forms of metal... you’d think that a normal blast of lightning chakra would be enough, but metal users are immune to level 1 lightning chakra, they ground it before ever being affected... it takes a combination of lighting chakra and a fusion of more chakra into a level 2 element to combat this element... Glass, Gaton (Earth + Fire): users who can fuse earth and fire can create molten or solid forms of glass... skill levels of lesser users can only create shards of it that in either liquid or solid state try to cut or burn the victim, but higher level users can create solid forms of Obsidian... weak against lightning then water chakras, strong against water then wind chakras...Strongest against Ice, Weakest against Storm...
