Personality Description: Teru is an active, responsible, and collective man. He hates revenge and discrimination and is a supporter of peace. Originally a Senju hater, Teru is now a defender of them. He believes in equality, justice, and peace between all the clones within the village. He dislikes war, yet he loves to battle. Despite their shortcomings, he places immense pride in being a notable member of the uchiha clan and will defend to their death for them (family above all). He enjoys teaching. He places the clan above the village.
Teru is an in-and-out ninja. Half of his life as a Konohagakure citizen he has a duty to go on missions and just be a ninja in general. The other half is taking vacations/breaks with his wife, friends, and family. He's a pretty intelligent guy. He typically has a stern/affirmative or easygoing voice.

Description: Katon • Goukakyuu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.

Katon jutsu such as this are seen as a rite of passage into adulthood for Uchiha clan members. Once the member can manipulate fire, they are finally recognized as no longer being a child. Power of attack can be adjusted by amount of chakra put into it.

Description: Katon • Housenka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals and then emits a series of small fire balls. The ninja can also hurl a projectile which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai.

It can be used with a sword to negate the self-afflicted pain.

Description: Kojin is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Teru. He focuses a massive amount of fire chakra to his hands (but can be used on the feet as well). He generates a very intense fire aura in his hands, where almost all of the heat is radiated outwards and only a small amount is radiated within the aura. The temperature of the fire aura reaches up to 2600 degrees. Teru can go about melting his hands through humans, metals, and can even vaporize an entire standard pool of water. Downside is that the aura only lasts for 8 posts, and afterwards, his hands are gonna be covered in 3rd degree burns.

The stream can go up to 50 meters, and the farther the objects are, the less sharp the wind is (but at the 50-meter mark, it can still cut trees and humans, so). The wind can cut through solid carbon-diamond with no difficulty if it's a few meters from Teru. Teru can spin around several times while using this attack.

Description: Izanagi, named for a god who helped spawn many islands and deities, is a Genjutsu technique which was declared a Kinjutsu by the Uchiha Clan. Using Izanagi grants the user the ability to turn wounds and disadvantages into nothing more than dream. It also makes attacks and advantageous maneuvers real, thus giving one complete control over their own reality through an illusion cast on themselves. The creative power of Izanagi was first used the Rikudou Sennin. Izanagi uses the mind and spiritual power of Yin to shape reality, and the vitality and physical power of Yang to give it life. The Rikudou used that same power to create the Bijuu from the Juubi. The Rikudou's powers were passed on to the Uchiha and Senju, and only one containing both of their power can use the jutsu.

When jutsu is cast on one's own self, any damage received while it is active is negated. Their crippled form will shudder away like an illusion into nothingness while they appear unharmed away from the danger. For those who do not possess the Rinnegan, using the jutsu has a drawback, as using the jutsu will cause their vision to be lost forever. This result caused the Uchiha to declare it forbidden.

The jutsu normally has a short time limit which varies from Uchiha clan member to clan member. This was extended through the experimentation of Orochimaru, which granted almost a minute of immortality for each eye sacrificed. Teru can hold the Izanagi for 5 minutes per eye.

A powerful enough ninja will be able to fight the bind to give themselves an opportunity to gain freedom.

While in the air the clan member can manipulate wire to make the blades circle the target, which results in the attached wire binding them.

Description: Kage Bunshin is a Jounin level Ninjutsu. When Naruto stole the scroll of seals, he learned this technique as well. The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. This makes Kage Bunshin an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time. This allows the ninja to essentially reduce the time it takes to train and learn with each clone added

Detailed Description Of what the jutsu Does: A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and then expelled from the mouth in a massive stream of intense flames that can set a vast area ablaze, engulfing the target in a veritable sea of flames. If used upon dense, combustible terrain such as a forest, the confined area can greatly increase the possibility of the target's incineration.

Detailed Description Of what the jutsu Does: After manifesting small flames on each finger of one hand, the user then slams their palm on the ground, resulting in the creation of a cylindrical barrier enveloping a location of their choosing, protecting anything contained within and burning whatever comes into contact with the barrier's exterior. The barrier is powerful enough to tank direct blows from Bijuu.

Weaknesses: Dispells if the user dies, immense chakra control

Detailed Description Of what the jutsu Does: Baku creates mental, illusionary barricades to block powerful mind readers from accessing information hidden in the corners of the targets' mind. Basically "genjutsu traps", it not only represses the target's own memory, but can also harass the infiltrator on the mental level.

Weaknesses: Although a powerful genjutsu, it is not infinite. A powerful and smart mind-reader (like a Yamanaka) can still bypass Baku, but it does take a while.

Description: Hissoriontei is a Ninjutsu speed technique developed by Teru Uchiha. Using chakra to minorly enhance muscle function particulary within the legs and then the rest concentrated on the internal flat area right above the bottom of his feet, Teru is able to move at high speeds comparable to Shunshin making little if not no noise. He will use his own individual speed and chakra to move quickly and then use chakra to limit the vibrating sounds his feet would make after each step, inducing stealth by eradicating the sound of steps as well as the noise the speeds Teru traveling on can make. Teru can only move at short distances and is not able to move at diagonal or curved directions, hence he is not able to easily move directly near the back of an opponent if he comes from their front. Is only usable three times per battle and after the second time, Teru might be winded up if he suffers serious damage.

Added Weaponry:
~ Blade of Kagutsuchi ~
A weapon that can produce very powerful flames when copious amounts of fire chakra are sent to it. These flames can be freely manipulated and controlled by Teru. Not only do these flames go a little over 100 degrees Celsius in temperature, but Teru can generate large amounts of them and spread them throughout the battlefield.  He can perform a variety of Kenjutsu-related fire attacks with the Blade of Kagutsuchi. The blade has a special defensive effect, in that whoever holds the bottom of the hilt of the blade gets high protection from the temperature of the flames (but not its power). The blade constantly drains the chakra of whoever is holding its hilt.

History:
Birth/Academy Arc:
Born right during the founding of Konohagakure and the ninja village system were just being established throughout the lands, Teru came to being during a new, naive, but incredibly strong and excited time. Teru was hailed as one of the newborn Uchihas of the "new age" along with all the other Uchihas born in his generation. However, because he was in the Uchiha clan, he got the worst out of it. Although they were the strongest clan out of them all along with the Senju, they were discriminated or their eyes and potential. This is because of the Uchiha clan leader, Madara Uchiha, who tried to kill Hashirama Senju and secure Hokageship for himself, ruling everyone under a dictatorship. When Madara failed, the Uchiha clan's fate was sealed. Hashirama's brother, Tobirama, started the discrimination against the Uchiha. As such, Teru's parents raised him to loathe and hate the Senju clan, particularly the future Nidaime Hokage. As Madara's followers started to grow within the clan, the Uchiha believed that the more hatred they brew into their children, the stronger their power will become. Teru spent his childhood throwing shurikens and kunai at dummies with "Senju" inscribed on it. His father, Teraki Uchiha was a war veteran from the Pre-Village System World War days. He constantly fought against the almighty Senju to push his limits and protect his family. Now that they were together in the same village, he retired as a ninja and fighter and went to spread his rivalry on the Senju by educating the younglings. He taught Teru and his brother, Teryami, that although the Senju clan was the Uchiha's number one sworn enemy, they deserve their utmost respect. Only then, can the Uchiha surpass the Senju. Teraki was one of the Uchiha who formerly fought alongside Madara Uchiha and trained with him, but when Madara advocated for an Uchiha uprising, Teraki saw Madara's ambition was too great and opposed him. He instilled the idea of reason and peace as a necessary goal in Teru.
At the age of 4, he entered the Academy and learned ninjutsu. He graduated at the age of 7, with outstanding marks on his class (surpassed by a Senju). Teru vowed to beat the Senju. At this time, he activated his Sharingan out of his hatred for them. He was taught the Gokyaku and Housenka no Jutsu by his father and gained a skill in shurikenjutsu. But most importantly was Teru's skill with Shunshin. He moved remarkably fast for an Uchiha at his age, almost to the point that he'd vanish from the sight of any normal kid his age while ten meters away.

Genin Arc:
As a Genin, he received Uchiha discrimination from others. Just about every Genin that was in his class was cautious of him, because he was from a clan that the Konoha government decided to contain and isolate. Teru did not mind in particular. All he wanted was to fight against the Uchiha clan's enemies. At his time, he met some of his earliest rivals: Yukimura Senju and Konton Makojin. Yukimura was just about the only Genin in Konoha at that time to put down Teru, and Konton was the only one who could snicker at Teru and get away with it. He tried to train as much as possible with the rest of the Uchiha Genin and fight as many Genin in Konoha as possible. As he was from a battle clan, he must drown himself in battle. He focused alot on speed training, so he tried to run as much as possible so that his leg muscles can propel him to as much distance as possible in a split second, and forwarded his skill with the Shunshin. By the age of 8, he had his second tomae. Working hard everyday, he had nothing but the safety of his friends and family and the defeat of Yukimura on his mind. Eventually, Teraki taught him the art of Genjutsu. At the Second Chunin Exams, where over a thousand Genin from the new villages came over, he displayed great tactical and survival abiltiies during the Forest of Death. He teamed up with Konton, keeping his enemies closest to him, and humiliated Yukimura's squad while coming up as the first ones to complete the course. In the one on one fights, Teru showed how much of a combat genius he really is. He stood tall and confident, letting his opponent attack first, use their own move to blindside them, hit them with an attack, disoreint them with genjutsu, launch a Katon with a route to get out of it, rush to that route as fast as possible after launching it, and then deliver a strong blow to the enemy while above them as they struggle to react to Teru. As he excelled in the examinations, he kept on starting at Hashirama and Tobirama Senju. Although he did not like him, he saw Hashirama as a very caring and loving man. He wondered, how such a man, who defeated Madara and hailed as the strongest ninja in the world, could express his love to the people of the village he carved out without dictating it, and why he was taught to hate him from the beginning of his childhood.
He became a Chunin at the end of the exam.

Chunin Arc:
Teraki died out of old age. His dying words in his last days to Teru were forgive the Senju. Teyami became a Genin and worked with Teru in Katon jutsu now that their father passed away. Teru mastered shurikenjutsu and learned more advanced Katon techniques. At the age of 10, after a very tough fight with Yukimura, his Sharingan had the third tomae. With a complete Sharingan, Teru was confident that he can ovecome Yukimura. But then, Yukimura exhibited a very diresome ability. Mokuton: The power of the strongest man in the world. Hailed as one of Hashirama's successors, Yukimura learned Mokuton. He knew that so long as they were fighting on earth, Teru's chances of winning were relatively low. He sought a way to fight the Mokuton ability. Some time later, Hiruzen Sarutobi and his brother Teyami became Chunin. Teru learned some Kenjutsu, but focused mostly on one of the Uchiha's greatest ability: Genjutsu. The use of ocular illusions was feared throughout the world, even by the Senju. And what talent he had with it. Toying with other people's mind became a luxury for Teru.
Them, some years later, the First Ninja World War began. Teru was 15 at the time. He knew that the balance between the worlds wasn't going to last. At this crucial moment, all of Konohagakure, Senju and Uchiha, had to bond together and fight for the people they love. As expected from a strong member of a war clan, Teru dominated his battles. He used string-traps, guerilla tactics, sensory manipulation/illusions, and huge Katon attacks to clear the battlefield for way of his Konoha comrades. He even worked together for Yukimura and both of them saved each other's lives at least twice. An appreciation and admiration for Yukimura grew on Teru, and his rivalry/hate diminished. After a few months, Teru was promoted to Jounin for his warfare performance and elite battle skills.
Jounin/War Arc:
News reached to the Uchiha clan that Hashirama Senju had fallen in battle. Whether the anti-Senju faction cheered or not, it was a dire loss. without the strongest ninja in the world for them, Konohagakure had lost their leader. Furthermore, they no longer had control of the Bijuu, as Hashirama distributed them among the nations for peace. Stepping up to the position was his younger brother, Tobirama. Although he was not a Mokuton user, he was the strongest Suiton master in the world and had unrivaled space-time ninjutsu at the time. However, it was not good news for the Uchiha. Tobirama kept them under careful watch using the ANBU while they work as part of the Konoha Police Force that he established. It was then that the Uchiha was predominantly anti-Senju, and they first sought to work on a coup d'etat to overthrow the Konoha government and establish Uchiha dictatorship as Madara planned. Teru's speed reputation grew exponentially. His variously intense speed training granted him the ability to move at hundreds of meters per second, faster than the human eye can follow, and can transverse vast distances with the Shunshin no Jutsu, which allowed him to blitz all but the fastets ninja at the time. His flashy movement earned him the moniker the "Speed Demon." Teru also invented his own "Burst method", which was a speed technique. This signature technique earned him quite a reputation among the Uchiha. He learned the Wind element.
One time as he was walking around the hospital after being treated for his injuries, he realized that some people were staring at him. He figured that they were ANBU spies observing the Uchiha. A few days later, after he was monitered for "suspicious activity", one ANBU member beated him up. Not having fully recovered, Teru had to be in the hospital for an entire week while the war gone by. He wanted to beat the living shit out of the ANBU, but realized that maybe it was a trap. Beating up an ANBU officer will worsen the situation on the Uchiha. So, he decided to sulk it up, avoid the ANBU, and return immediately to the battlefield.
The war lasted for a while. By the end of it, Yukimura and Teru were hailed as war heroes (Yukimura getting more of the benefit of it, while Teru was a little shadowed out), along with his bother Teyami and Hiruzen Sarutobi (again, Teyami was a little shadowed out). Tobirama had died in battle. The Uchiha clan saw this as a magnificient opportunity. No Hokage, two of the biggest Senju threats were dead, the Kyuubi was in Mito Uzumaki stationed in Konoha, the war was over, the Uchiha's power had risen, and there was a need for a leader. To worsen things, it was said that Tobirama gave his position to Hiruzen, a mere kid instead of the Uchiha. Angered at this, the clan begun the plans for attack, until someone stopped them. Danzo Shimura gave them an offer. Right now, Konohagakure is in bad shape. They still need the Senju's will to lead them. Hiruzen, the embodiment of Shodaime and Nidaime's teachings, would be much welcomed regardless of his age. So, Hiruzen will stabilize Konoha on his own, and do his best to make Konoha as great as possible. Then, after a long time, he'll be scandalized by Danzo and increase disfavor for him. Right then, they'll assasinate Hiruzen and the Uchiha can take over a prosperous, content, and powerful Konoha. While they wait, Danzo will establish an ANBU Root organization that will welcome the Uchiha, and the uchiha can help in anyway in directing the village affairs. The clan accepted Danzo's proposal, unknowing that Danzo was just using them so he can ascend to the Hokageship. Teru saw Danzo's deceit, and indulged himself in kinjutsu.
The End of a Rivalry:
At 19 years old, Teru was the co-head of the Konoha Military Police Force. He had a girlfriend named Amaya Jukiho. She was one of the original members of the ANBU Black Ops Tactics and Assassination that was established by Tobirama right before his death. Unlike the other ANBU, she hated the isolation of the Uchiha. In the police force, there were other ANBU ops. Ops that observed the Uchiha. Teru didn't like being in the headquarters. One day, as he went out, he met Konton Makojin, grinning widely at him. Teru couldn't remember the last time Konton didn't have that smile on him. He also met Yukimura, who was his best friend. While they were dueling, Teru showed him a very special Uchiha-Sharingan speed technique that he developed. The Seikireigan allowed him to create afterimages and attack at blinding speeds, slicing the opponent up before they can dodge. Yukimura fell the first time he pulled this jutsu out. Observing the duel were several ANBU Black Ops. They came out to intercept the fight, attacking Teru. Normally, Teru would have beaten all of them with his Seikireigan. But he didn't want to wound any of the ANBU, in fear that it can be used against him. Luckily, Yukimura stopped them with his Mokuton and told them to piss off. He apologized to Teru and the two went to a ramen shop.
Then, a group of kunoichi were kidnapped. Amaya was one of them. Teru insisted to Hiruzen that he embark on the rescue mission. With Danzo's support, Hiruzen assigned Teru to a S-rank mission to rescue the captured group. Then, out of nowhere, Yukimura sprung from the window and said that if Teru's girl was taken by another man, then he'd have to come along to get her back.
They tracked down the kidnappers. Two of them killed themselves. They find them and battle them. Long story short, Teru rescues Amaya, it was a trap, enemies ambushed them, and Yukimura risks his life to allow them to escape. He dies, Teru is angered and rises. He speedblitzes all of the kidnappers and brutally slaughters them. The death of Yukimura altered his outlook on life and his rivalry with the Senju ended. In respect to his greatest friend and rival, he helps them. Furthermore, he had never held Amaya tighter before and realized that he truly loved her and vice versa.
The Golden Days:
Over the next several years was a period of excellence for Teru. He received high praises, successfully accomplished the objectives of high-level missions, and was well-respected within the Uchiha. In fact, he was one of the top ninja in Konohagakure at the time. He was one of the foremost Genjutsu masters and Katon Ninjutsu users out there. His prowess in speed grew, and by the time, every ninja in Konoha and every Jounin in the other major villages knew his moniker. His mastery over the Shunshin no Jutsu was incomparable to the rest of Konohagakure.
Teru decided to become a Jounin sensei to the Genin. One of his students was Kenshi Uchiha. Kenshi admired Teru's speed and wanted to be under his tutelage. Teru couldn't help it. He had to favor Kenshi. He was a true genius, one that could only be seen every few decades. He had abnormally high chakra levels, extensive skill in Ninjutsu, and already had a matured, 3-tomae Sharingan by the age of 8. Teru taught him the secret Uchiha techniques and saw Kenshi's unbelievable potential. Give or take 10 or 11 years, and the boy could easily become Hokage. Perhaps, even more. Eventually, Teru instilled onto Kenshi his speed training, and taught him the Burst method. Kenshi became a Chunin very quickly.
Teru learned the Uchiha kinjutsu, "Izanagi." With this technique, he can put a genjutsu on himself for several minutes and attain a form of "immortality." With Izanagi, Teru was even more powerful than the Uchiha clan leader at that time.
Generally he supports Hiruzen and opposes Danzo.

"Speed Demon" Teru is now 28, a Konohagakure Jounin. And one of the best. He's married to Amaya Jukiho. One of the fastest ninja ever in Konoha. He's at his prime.
