Personality: Raoh is an exceedingly ambitious and motivated individual, one who will stop at nothing and will eradicate all obstacles that hinder him from achieving his goals. He's a bit greedy and wishes to hold the ultimate title of "King of Fist", which represents the world's most greatest and powerful Taijutsu combatant. His desire to become the strongest is a reason as to why he works hard on training. Deceptive at times, Raoh is not above using terror and fear to conquer his enemies and make everyone rever him. Raoh is very resourceful and a smooth talker, acting much like a polite diplomat and likes to gather allies and their fortresses. Although his true nature appeals as a tyrant, Raoh is a very honorable and a strong man. He values pride, honesty, and individuality. He does not back down from a challenge, does not give up, but acknowledges defeat when it's necessary. He does not cry or beg for forgiveness for his deeds, but rather gives thanks to those that have defeated him and pays a farewell to them. In his life, he does not have a single regret or guilt.

Superhuman Body: From two decades and a half of exceedingly intense training and work, Raoh obtained a body that is far beyond that of what a human is capable of attaining. His body, refined and perfected not to the ultimate athlete but martial artist, is capable of incredible feats and has superhuman strength, endurance/durability, stamina, agility, and reflexes. In addition to that, he has enhanced senses and speed reaching the peak of a normal ninja. With this body, just his physical prowess and skill in hand to hand combat makes Raoh one of the strongest Taijutsu masters in existence.

Taijutsu Prowess: Raoh is one of the top if not close to top hand to hand combatants ever in Konoha. Having been extensively educated in Taijutsu as well as possessing a rare and highly dangerous martial arts known as "Hokuto Shinken", Raoh relies mainly on Taijutsu to crush his opponents and smash through their defenses. He's fast mentally and in all physical fields as well that a single, solid punch can easily blow opponents away to a wall and make them completely lose balance over their senses for several seconds. His fighting style is the Gouken style which he's unrivaled in.

Flaws/Weaknesses:

No Elemental Natures: Due to Raoh relying on Taijutsu plus the fact that his heart is completely alone and locked, Raoh cannot utilize any elemental ninjutsu.

No Genjutsu Defense: Raoh is a physical-based shinobi so he he's inable to use the Kai method involving stopping chakra flow to cancel out genjutsu. It also takes him a longer time to recognize that he's under a genjutsu. It's a bit difficult for him to get out of a genjutsu through pain due to his body's heightened ability to endure pain and damage.

Over Ambitious Nature: Raoh is overambitious and will do everything he can to get what he wants. He wishes to move forward and when facing a tough obstacle, he can go crazy and fight like a savage, focusing only on destroying his enemies through fists. His ambitious nature also makes him view love and friendship as useless things that only get in the way of one's goals, so he's completely alone and isolated from strong relationships. He can be overwhelmed by strong foes who fights with the support of the hearts and love of others.

Taijutsu

Name: Five Finger Violent Bullets

Description: Goshi Retsu Dan is a Hokuto Shinken Taijutsu technique. Raoh will aim at the Kyomei pressure point and hit it five times within one second. Three posts later, the victim's fingers on one hand would "explode" or just simply fall off. This would remove the opponent's ability to use handseals and thus make it much harder for them to use Ninjutsu or channel chakra.

Description: Raoh will aim for the Kaiamon-Tenchō pressure point which will send great pain throughout the victim's body for a prolonged period of time. It's primarily used for interrogation purposes as it's almost impossible to use it during combat without the target being still.

Description: Raoh will aim for the Sekkatsu-kō pressure points thrice located upon the thighs which will increase muscle growth, bone density, and blood flow to grant him an incredible strength boost. However, doing this will ultimately shorten his lifespan considerably, usually meaning that Raoh will die after use or will remain very weak for some time. Because of the extreme risks of using this technique, it's generally used as a last resort during a final battle against a stronger foe. The power boost lasts for twenty posts. After use, all of Raoh's strength will be drained for a week.

Description: Raoh will aim for the Shinketsushū pressure point eight times within one second which will make the victim slowly bleed to death for three days through any opening of his body (open wounds, eyes, ears, nose, mouth) followed by excruciatting pain. A very deadly punishment method, it can be easily healed by medical ninjutsu however.

Description: Raoh will aim for the Kyōnai and Shin-ichi pressure points with both hands ten times within one second. This will permanently lock the jaws together and takes away the victim's ability to speak. It can be restored using very high-level medical ninjutsu.

Description: Zankai Sekiho Ken is a Hokuto Shin Ken technique. Raoh will aim for the Shitsugen pressure point ten times within a second. This techniques makes the victim's legs walk backward for the entirety of the topic/fight. This does not mix actions, as whether you try to walk forward or backward, the brain signals will make the legs walk backward.

Description: Raoh will aim for the Shinreidai pressure points with both hands ten times within a second. This technique extends the victim's lifespan by a couple of years but great pain will accompany that. In addition, once the pain seizes, the victim will enter a coma-like state for one day.

Description: Toki is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Raoh. Raoh will release a glowing red aura from him made of immensely dense physical energy. Emanating from Raoh's body, this particular type of physical energy manifests itself in direct view and may flow like chakra. Using his own physical energy, Raoh can focus his aura for energy-based attacks or defenses and can also attack from long-range distances. It's an entirely physical attack and cannot be affected by chakra-absroption techniques or the like. To utilize this, Raoh would have to consume a moderate amount of chakra and enter a battle state in his mind. Only those that are well-versed in Hokuto Shin Ken and possess a great body structure can utilize this. And generally only Raoh can control and manipulate his own aura unless an equally skilled Taijutsu master finds a way to use it against him.

Description: Hokuto Gōshō Ha is a Hokuto Shin Ken technique utilized by Raoh. It attacks the adversary outside the user's reach. To achieve this, the fighter expels a large amount of their tōki from the palm of their hand, concentrating the physical energy and creating a powerful wave. It has a reach of 35 meters and can topple over trees. This basically allows Raoh to attack without physical contact.

Description: Hokuto Koutetsu Ken is a Hokuto Shin Ken technique utilized by Raoh. By concentrating physical energy from his aura into a fist attack, Raoh can greatly increase the force applied and the damage inflicted. This can help him smash through defenses or obstacles easier and knock out opponents with a single punch.

Description: Zenrei no Ken is Raoh's most dangerous Hokuto Shin Ken technique. By concentrating all of one's life force and toki into one punch, the target hit will immediately die, but Raoh will also die as well. If missed, Raoh will also die regardless.

Description: Hokuto Gekiken is a Hokuto Shin Ken technique. By using toki, Raoh can launch several dozen fist attacks without physical contact within a 10 meter radius. Though energy-based, in the eyes of the target, they will only see the illusion of real arms and fists. This allows Raoh a powerful defense and offense.

~History/RP Sample~

History/Background Story: Orphaned and raised by Hokuto Shinken master Ryuken, Raoh demonstrated extreme talent in martial arts at the age of 5. Ryuken noted Raoh's natural gift in studying and replicating Taijutsu styles, and so he trained him in Hokuto Shinken, so he would succeed the assassination art. Raoh wanted to become the unrivaled master of Hokuto Shinken, and devoted his mind, body, and soul to learning its techniques. His younger brother Kenshiro looked up to him and wanted to pursue Hokuto Shinken too, beginning a power dilemma.

He often trained with his brother who also had potential in Hokuto Shinken, and that built a brotherly bond even though they were adopted disciples. Raoh loved his brother, but in his heart he also loved power. Raoh was promoted to the rank of Jounin at the age of 18. His Taijutsu training developed a superhuman body, equipped with inhuman strength, speed, and fighting prowess. He had a level of precision and accuracy greater than even Ryuken in his prime, and his monstrous endurance was something to be feared by his peers.

In addition to his fighting prowess, he also began studying politics and manipulation. He wanted to know how to control the minds of men. He became very ambitious and his ambition turned into the very core of his proud being. Whe it was time to select a successor, Ryuken chose Kenshiro over Raoh, even though the latter was the superior fighter. Soon afterwards, Raoh would confront Ryuken and the two would battle it out. Ryuken proved to be more powerful than Raoh, and would have defeated him had it not been a miraculous stroke of luck: a heart attack. Without anyone left to seal his fist, Raoh went on a journey to amass his empire.

Raoh was very successful in gathering men. His power was respected by all, and he created an army that would serve to overthrow Kirigakure and the Land of Water. He became known as "Ken-oh" and established his reputation as the world's strongest Taijutsu master and soon to be the world's most dominant conqueror.

His brother Kenshiro and his friend Rei tried to stop his conquest. He swiftly defeated Rei, and the two brothers engaged in one of the bloodiest and most brutal fights of the time. Raoh defeated Kenshiro, but was so weakened that he could not deliver the final blow. Koku'oh, his faithful black horse, took him to safety.

Since then, Raoh became even more powerful. His army grew into an empire, strong enough to be a minor shinobi village like Ame or Kusagakure.He learned more secrets to Hokuto Shinken, including the sought after Musou Tensei. Now, he awaits to launch his conquest... on Konoha!
