Personality:
Arashi is a cool, calm, and collective individual. As a leader, Arashi is patient and rarely speaks out. When it is his turn to express his ideas, he is up and direct about it and is very defendent of his logic. He highly disapproves of disrespect and looks down on ninja who turn down or turn away from missions just because of cowardry. Like his Kage predecessors, his idealogy is tactical and military-based, which allows him to quickly think over his thoughts and accurately deduce the situation he is in in order to list possible solutions and choose the best that will help him gain the most advantage over the battlefield. He is very observant of enemy movement, being able to analyze their styles and jutsus and take it apart piece by piece. Because of this, it is said that "no technique may remain a mastery to Arashi no Kueka (The Storm Quaker)". He puts Kirigakure's well being at top priority and so does everything he can to lead his village to the top of the shinobi shinobi. Always working on ways to improve the military and strengthen the economy, Arashi's love for Kiri is greater than anything else in this world. One of the qualities that marks him as an excellent tactician and warrior is his capability to maintain panic and seize control of himself, relax, and study the situation in times of excessive pressure such as during the midst of battle. Arashi's Code of Combat is efficient and effective due to his calm composture and complete control over his emotions. First, he looks for key points in the enviroment or of the opponent that will prove to be his advantage such as their speed, anticipation skill, and strength. Then, he uses his combat skills to "force the hand of an opponent" and make them reveal all of their abilities. Once he does that, he will attempt to use an opponent's attack to his benefit and make it disadvantegous for them. And during that time lapse, he will think of a good strategy that will overwhelm/overrun his enem(ies)y and land a fatal, final blow or inflict massive damage to them. Once he has done that, he will act on it, making any changes along the way, and then make a deadly strike.

Arashi likes methods that are considered to be "attacks" and "defenses" at the same time. He is also well-prepared and ready for any surprises and ambushes as he rarely lowers his guard and keeps his senses aware of his surroundings. By using these type of battle arts along with his preperation knack combined with the passed knowledge of his teachers, he is able to stand on even ground with any opponent. As long as his shinobi are able to risk their life for the sake of the village, Arashi has the utmost respect for all Kirigakure shinobi and treats them as "equals." He enjoys breaking through the "fortresses" and consciousness of his enemies in order to expose their power, restrict it, tame it, and use it to crack the opponent. Arashi takes note of detail and looks out for trickery, in which he will react and counter it with a method of his own in which he gives the opponent what they want, lure them in, cage them, and then immediately stab them in the back. He looks back on Kiri's previous strict Shinobi Code of Conduct and how it turned all Kiri shinobi to elite fighters (yet monsters at the same time) with fierce battle wills and a tendency for murderous bloodlust. Although not entirely disapproving of it, he is aware that it is best to be forgotten. He likes to take on international-level assignments and leads battles to involve teamwork. He deeply detests pests. Although it may seem that Arashi is an absolutely serious man, he does have a [slight] humorous side and is very loose and "energetic" when it comes to training and is fun-going when learning new techniques. He also smiles and jokes around when kids are around. He has a strong admiration for Shodaime and Nidaime Mizukage. At times when stress is getting to Kiri, he acts as a kind of judge and remains entirely neutral to tame the citizens, restock on whatever they have, and decide the best choice that will increase the village's health yet staying in balance with the other villages.


Arashi is obviously not the kind to be lazy and works hard for everything. He had to struggle during his childhood and had to face consequences during his time in the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist Training Program, but his strength helped him suffer and endure. He has a strong hatred for Kumogakure's early Raikages such as Sandaime and Yondaime, who both fought brashly and boldy with emotion rather than logic and knowledge. As a very attentive man, he believes in the phrase "mind over matter." He also hates the Hokages, who placed too much focus on report work rather than building up their prowess and bodies to keep shape. Unlike them, he trains fierce and hard every night. He has the mind of a military tactician/leader and an assassin, yet that of a human being. As such, he has his personal likes and dislikes. He likes consistency, sailing, and bodybuilding work and loves fried chicken and big bowls of rice with dango. He dislikes raw fish, extreme laziness, and the idea of harming an innocent creature and hates working with "monkeyheads". It is claimed to be hard to understand Arashi's nature and thinking, but once one does, they will realize what a beautiful leader and loving soldier he is. Arashi has multiple nicknames in which most describe his battle style and a few describing his personality. The one Arashi prefers, "Arashi no Kueka", describes his mastery over the Ranton element but also his undefiable will to metaphorically cause the skies and clouds to "quake". People come to interpret this as he "stands above the storms" but Arashi thinks of it as standing on them. An extremely caring man with a strong heart; loving, prideful, strategic, and understanding all are words that can summarize Arashi Kuromura.

History:

Childhood-Academy/Genin Arc:
Arashi is the son of Raijin Kuromura and Sukimi Suzio, who is also a woman of part Yotsuki descent. Raijin, a village councilmember and an expert on advanced tactics as well as a military unit leader, was described as cruel, cold, and calculating but he is truthfully a responsible man who loves his son darely; even though he dosen't tell him that nor show it. Raijin predicted that his son will turn out to be a great shinobi, as his name derives from the fact he was born under the night of ravaging storm and violent thunderstorms. Discriminated by his white skin by the rest of the clan and hated for possession of a bloodline that comes from a foreign clan by the majority of the villagers and ninja, Arashi lived through a tough life. The Mizukage, elder council, and higher-ranked Jounin saw the newborn white members of the Kuromura clan as weapons and tools, as they can be easily breeded and colored. But by the age of five, Arashi was showing signs of an intellect greater than any Kuromura. He had learned about basic military tactics and arts of warfare from his father, he completed some above-age puzzles that no one expected him to solve, he was able to demolish a dummy using fists and a crooked kunai in less than five minutes, and was able to cause a thunderstorm to rage on than its original period - something that is expected to be possible at the age of 8 for a Kuromura. It is because of hatred and the era of warfare that creates Arashi's idealogy to revolve around military arms and tactics. Arashi spended his time reading books around his comprehension and playing with soldier toys in a mini battlefield set, rather than stuffing his nose in the playground and spitting at dolls like the rest of the Kuromuras. This was considered noteworthy since most of the Kuromura infants were lazy. So it was only natural that at the age of seven, Arashi attended Kirigakure's Ninja Academy. During his time in the Academy, he got a headstart on the study of ninja. He was fascinated. A world of "magic" where power is necessary for survival, his Academy Class had not only increased his knowledge of the Shinobi World but also the knowledge of the Civilian World. He fared extraordinary well, having being able to handle and properly throw ninja tools at the age of 8 and learned how to manipulate chakra at the age of 9. His most interesting focus was History. Geography of Kirigakure, history of the Mizukage and the past wars, history of the Shinobi World and brief summaries of other villages, the Kiri Shinobi Code of Conduct, and its "corrupted" (though they were taught to think of it as "refined) ninja promotion system. Arashi was aware of Kirigakure's nickname "The Bloody Mist Village" and how it had gotten it, including the fact that one has to kill a fellow classmate before graduation and that bloodlines in possession of dangerous kekkei genkais were listed to be annihilated immediately. Fear and Terror filled the village, but it helped increased its battle will and military strength. He learned about the origin of the Kuromura clan and how it migrated to Kiri in order to help in its battles due to an agreement between the Mizukage and Raikage, therefore it is not listed in the "Wanted List". The Kuromura started to build up his body and had done some above-average physical work in order to balance his physical strength with his mental strength. At the age of ten, Arashi cutted off his emotions and had to kill two of his classmates, allowing him to graduate to Genin with outstanding marks on Ninjutsu, Weaponry, and Taijutsu and at the top of the class. Arashi developed the Suiton element and learned the Hidden Mist technique as his first elemental jutsu. Arashi soon grew interested in Kenjutsu and learned the way of the sword, which he combined with his collection of Suiton ninjutsu and specialized military equipment to combat Kuromura Genin. At the age of eleven, Arashi's body was considerably above the average physique of a Genin. And at the age of twelve, Arashi made his first foreign travel: to Konoha in preperation for the Chunin Exams. Arashi had a very strict and uptight yet ambitious personality as he had [as it was called] Kirigakure's Bloodmist Ninja Code hammered deeply within him that gave him the need to fight. He rather easily pummeled through every opponent and used basic military tactics to outsmart his watchers, all the way to the final part of the Chunin Exams where he faced a near-death situation against a Hatake and a Sarutobi. He graduated to Chunin rank.

Chunin Arc/Seven Swordsmen Trainee Arc:
After becoming a Chunin, he gained the respect of his father and mastered several B-rank Suiton techniques. He also learned a few Ranton techniques as well. At night, he will pray to the almighty storm gods for good will and fortune, and gaze out when a thunderstorm was in. Arashi's Kenjutsu skills and murderous intent were so great that he recieved notice from the Mizukage who placed him in the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist Training Program; where he will learn information equivalent to Konoha's ANBU and might become as as strong as their Team Captains. Along with three other possible successors, he trained under Kaien Terumi for the Hiramekarei. His logic grew more precise, but it was not enough to rival a successor's in a match of wits that gave the leading successor role to him. Arashi was second and in the world of soldier he lived in, second is just another title for "loser." Afraid of being put down, Arashi grew more determined to surpass Kaien and own the Hiramekarei, which was why Arashi made some rather creative but efficient methods that will form the basis of his ability to "force the hand of an opponent." Through traps and a long period of confusion for the so-called number one successor, Arashi defeated him. Most of Arashi's innate traits derived from this period, and later on it will have a traumatic effect on him because by the age of fifteen, the Fourth Shinobi World War began. The whole wide world was a battlefield and allies were enemies. "We must forget all ideas of comradeship between soldiers...... this is a war of annihilation!" the Mizukage once said. In order to survive, they must fight until they die. Arashi know understood the meaning of war. It was hell, a place for demons and beings alike. But Kiri ninja were raised to be demons, and so it felt like home. He was enjoying this, the thrill of triumph and the blood and gore that spilled out of his victims. A teenager making his first cold-blooded murder. Until he realize that he must fight to end it not to prolong it when someone at home died. Raijin Kuromura died during the war. Normally, this won't mean anything to a fully converted Kiri Chunin but Arashi still has feelings as a human being and his lineage from Kumogakure shinobi also made him feel confused. Arashi possessed the advanced military ideas as his father and a talent for Ranton, and so in order to not make a waste, Kaien Terumi was forced to allow Arashi to "borrow" the Hiramekarei. A seal had been secretly added by the elders that filled the weapon with dark chakra, which gave Arashi the needed will and courage to battle again. At the moment Arashi gripped the Hiramakarei, he would be the chosen successor of the weapon. With the help of Kaien, he explored the special sword's abilities and communication link.......

Jounin/Seven Swordsmen of the Mist Arc:
After learning all of the sword's abilities, Arashi was placed into a short-term Jonin Exams. He had to learn high-level Suiton and Ranton ninjutsu, as well as developing the Raiton element. Ninjutsu and Weaponry were the most concentrated areas, and Arashi really exceeded the expectations. Obviously his father had implanted the mind of a military soldier into him. But it was not that, and because one would conclude it as such, they will not be able to see through Arashi. The effects of a long journey from discrimination at childhood to the death of his first victim and father had warped Arashi's mind to someone being more mature and concrete. At age nineteen, Arashi was promoted to a Jounin. He fought fiercly and by the time he reached 20, the Fourth Ninja World War ended by the agreement of the Kazekage, Hokage, Raikage, and Tsuchikage. The Mizukage opposed this but to prevent an allied attack, he was forced to agree. Mizukage Susanoo was in a foul mood. As a tyrant, he did not allow defeat (Konoha was victorious). He needed someone, someone who he calls "an idiot with enough conviction to kill without reason". One person popped up. Time for a visit to the Kuromura clan. Arashi had killed 385 people during the War. Arashi gained advanced knowledge of military action and the systems and military secrets of Kirigakure. Top-secret information was followed by top-secret work, and Arashi became a powerful assassin. Arashi killed Kaien for ownership over Hiramekarei, and at age 21, became a member of the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist. At this stage, Arashi really pumped up his raw strength, muscular density, and bodily physique to tremendous levels. He excelled at physial arts and had enormous Taijutsu prowess. His Ninjutsu knowledge, massive chakra levels, excellent chakra control, refined Kenjutsu skill, and Taijutsu power made Arashi one of the most elite and respected ninja in Kirigakure.

Way of the Assassin Arc:
Personally placed by the Mizukage, Arashi joined the "Order of Asssassins", a group of legendary assassins of Kirigakure birth. He was moving up in the Ninja World and is about to evolve to greater heights. His method of using Suiton Ninjutsu as well as being able to master the element to the point of producing a massive amount on dry land worked well in the Order that he was taught by the masked leader known as "Zero" the Lightning Release Armor technique, a prized jutsu from Kumogakure's Yotsuki clan. Being part Yotsuki, Arashi was able to master this technique. At this point, Arashi's assassin side and most of his current nature reached its peak. Arashi also joined a special organization known as "The Hidden" who engaged in international-scale activites and bounty hunting in exchange for money. Arashi's method of clothing derives from the organization's own. Along with multiple special operations squads, Arashi was sent to hunt down and seal the Hachibi, who is said to be the last sighted Bijuu left. Luckily he had mastered Fuinjutsu, because the other teams were wiped out due to their stupidity of aiming for the most obvious spot: the tails which is the most heavily guarded. Arashi had to face off against this demon as he was responsible for cutting off at least one of its horns in order for the ealing ritual to work. He learned alot about the Bijuu from the few minutes he had spent combating the Hachibi. Their massive volume of living chakra was well beyond hi, and so it was impossible for them to take it out..... though they can still seal it. Using the Raiton no Yoroi, Arashi cutted off one of its horns and survived what would be a deathly attack, and became the final piece of a Fuuinjutsu seal formula that will finally seal the Hachibi within a jar. After the success of the capture of the Hachibi, Susanoo decided it was time to declare war on Konoha. But the idea of war was disapproved by many Kiri villagers, including Arashi. So with the help of a Hyouton user, Arashi challenged Susanoo's authority. Susanoo was a tyrant but he was well known for his power to control the seas and storms with such ease that it wiped out an entire race of beings and their fortresses in just one fell swoop. But Arashi had equivalent control over the storms as Susanoo did, and within thirty minutes, the two fought in a bloody deathmatch. It took mere luck, that with the help of his accomplice and several bystanders who opposed Susanoo, for Arashi to take down Susanoo and kill him. Although all that challenged Susanoo died, Arashi was the sole survivor - though he had suffered fatal wounds that would otherwise kill him in a hour if not given medical treatment. The elders came by and told Arashi that they will give him the treatment, but he has to be jailed for the rest of his life. Arashi accepted it, and immedaitely after he recoevered, was imprisoned. But Arashi had a plan, as he always does. On the correct day, an annual status report will be announced to Kiri in a week from his arrest. And when it did, the ninja and civilians were shocked to see that their economy has tumbled. They immediately removed the elders and the advisory council from rule, relying on the empty position of Mizukage instead. There were several canditates, but when Arashi was released from his cell, he immedaitely signed up for the role. He had enough military expierence, intelligence, and combat power to inherit the role of Mizukage and surpass Mizukage Susanoo. With a plan to reinvent Kirigakure, Arashi became Godaime Mizukage at the age of 26.

Mizukage Arc:
When Arashi became the new Mizukage, the first major change that happened to Kirigakure was the total eradication of its strict Code of Conduct and its fearsome nickname that follows it. It happened without Arashi's notice, hinting that the "black storms during Susanoo's reign has lifted to open a new light". His first acts as Mizukage were to eliminate the effects that Susanoo had on the citizens. After that, he used intelligent methods to boost up Kirigakure's economy by stocking up whatever finances they have left and start rationing certain products. Arashi then presented ideas to the Daimyo who agreed with it and financed explorations to foreign parts to cut himself enormous profits. On their way, Arashi infiltrated into a palace and broke through the king's mind, forcefully threatening him to hand over his gold. After that success, Arashi took on more legitimate ways and at age 28, boosted up the Land of Water and Kirigakure's economy tremendously. He used most of their finances to work on certain devices and products that will increase Kiri's defenses and encouraged shinobi to train more frequently such as simulation areas and tourneys. Then, he updated all of the curriculumn standards and reinvented the new Code of Conduct, which abolished the graduation system method and discrimination against bloodlines. After that, he improved the military using his own knowledge and developed a set of possible "military advantages", the most noteworthy being Kiri's Jinchuruki. At age 30, he lead expeditions that will prove to be profitable to Kiri for decades to come and improved his individual fighting skills. Arashi also became a Fuinjutsu master in case such things are needed. He has ,to the best of his ability, been able to ensure Kiri's peace, safety, and prosperity and worked all day to get things done for his home village, persiting the engineers to develop new things every day that will benefit the Mist. Arashi is described to be "the most advanced military leader" the world has seen and "the commander with a thousand plans." He has nicknames like the "Storm Quaker", "Angel of the Hidden Mist", 'Man of Thunder", "The Insmitable", the "Overflowing Assassin", the Slaughterer of Demons, and the most known, "The Analytic Soldier." Arashi takes pride in his physical skills, ninja skills, and unsurpassed logic. Arashi has a full degree of mastery over the Ranton element, being able to conjour it in various ways and at high levels, and has near bijuu-level chakras. He is currently working hard day and night to lead Kirigakure to its "Golden Age."

Description: Suiton • Suijinheki is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. This defensive jutsu creates a wall of water around the user. Enemy attacks are completely intercepted by a fence of water blown out from the mouth, and is raised from below with tremendous might. The water is blown out in the form of a circle around the user, and it makes for a defense without openings. It is also possible for the user to control the amount of water and duration at will. The wall's strength and resistance change following the quantity of chakra poured down into the water, so a skillful shinobi will be able to build a sturdy one. Furthermore, because the field of vision is maintained even while defending one can easily go on to the next move, which is a great advantage. The wall can also be formed from a pre-existing water source. A select number of ninja with primary Suiton affinities are able to produce this without a nearby water source.

Description: Suiton • Suiryuudan no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. This technique shapes a large amount of water into a giant, powerful dragon, which hits the opponent with formidable might, dealing massive physical damage. The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the caster's skill allows it, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. That said, the amount of water used will be in proportion with the caster's skill. In addition to that, a select number of shinobi are able to conjour this with a single handseal.

Description: Suiton • Suishouha is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. This technique allows the user to make a gigantic spiraling vortex of water from the moisture in the air. The vortex then proceeds to explode from the top in the form of a wave. The user can control the direction the wave goes and then direct it at their opponent, easily crushing and drowning multiple enemies.

Description: Suiton • Daibakufu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After doing the needed hand seals a large current of water will circle the ninja and and then a tremendous force of water will erupt to hit the enemy. Due to the force of the water the target will be fully enveloped by the water and at its mercy as is pulls them away. This technique extends water over a large scale, surges and rises up to several dozen meters high. Then it streams down to the ground in one big cascade, much like a gigantic waterfall. In doing so, it resembles a huge wave, with tremendous power that can hollow out the ground. What remains after that jutsu's utilization is reminiscent of no less than the aftermath of a natural disaster. This is a considerably advanced ninjutsu, and activating this technique requires a fair share of chakra.

Description: Suiton • Daibaku Suishouha is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The user spits out a large amount of water, covering an entire area with crushing, unavoidable waves. If the user wills it, then the water will form a massive orb, encasing Kisame and his targets inside like a prison. Unlike most Suiton techniques, the flow of chakra within the dome is entirely within the user's control and they can manipulate the internal water. Depending on the user's aquatic abilities, they can use this aquatic battlefield to their advantage and swim freely to dodge and attack.

Description: Suiton • Baku Suishouha is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed handseals, Kisame will expel water from his gullet. This will then expand into a large volume of water. Being from the Water Country, Kisame is at home with this type of jutsu. He can control the water by riding on top of the waves.

Description: Suiton: Daikodan is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water element. A stronger version of the Water Release: Water Shark Missile Technique, which creates a gigantic shark, far larger than the user, to laucnh at and attack the opponent. This technique differs from its parent jutsu in being able to absorb the chakra from an opponent's technique, and in turn use that chakra to grow larger and more powerful. However, they cannot absorb S-rank techniques, AA Doton techniques, and multiple A-rank techniques.

Description: Kirigakure no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water element. This displacement technique is a specialty of the Ninja from Kirigakure, where one causes a mist to spring forth by lifting up some water, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan-user will see the mist colored by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.

Type: Ninjutsu
Description: Ken no Naga is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water element. Either using an existing water source or water molecules from the air, Arashi will create an extremely sharp, sturdy, and extendable sword made out of water. The toughness and sharpness of the sword depends on the amount of chakra used to create it. This sword can be wielded like a normal blade and can extinguish most Katon-based techniques. When cutted into a human body, the sword will release some of its moisture within it that will enhance pain, increase bleeding, and severe nerves rapidly. The sword is flexible and manipulatable and can be extended to up to seven meters. When this sword cuts through a vital organ or a full limb (an arm, leg, etc.), half of its water will instantly enter the body and kill off the victim's respiratory organs from the inside, cutting off their oxygen supply.

Description: Raiton • Gian is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Lightning Element. The user will release a powerful bolt of lightning from their mouth, which then pierces the enemy. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock, meaning it has a high killing potential. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies and thus their range, though it will only allow them to paralyze not kill (if it exceeds four). Because of its high speed, it makes it nearly impossible to evade. Also, if it is launched at an enemy before they could summon a Raiton technique to counter, then then they will have to create an A-rank or higher Raiton because of the force the bolt carries.

Description: Raiton: Raikawa is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Lightning element. This basic technique makes up the foundation of the Raiton element, which focuses on changing chakra to high frequency waves to create electrical power with piercing and numbing effects. The user is able to channel their lightning chakra into a metallic object, increasing its vibrating frequency and giving it more cutting power than standard wind techniques. This would amplify the weapon's cutting power and attack speed in order to penetrate through objects. When it is used on a blade, the technique is referred to as "Raiken" which increases the cutting power to high levels (depending on the amount of chakra given)to the point that they can cut through nearly anything and gives it paralyzation effects. If a high enough Raiton master with the ability to utilize electrical currents is able to master this technique, they can then focus Raiton chakra to partial limbs (hands, feet, head,) to increase its smashing power and the amount of force it exerts. However, that only lasts for a total of six posts and it stuns some of the nerves for four additional posts.

Description: Raiton: Jibashi is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Lightning element. The version Arashi uses is a more "developed" variation of the original technique. This technique allows the user to create a wave of electricity from their hands. The user can vary its power from a small surge to shock an opponent to a powerful stream of lightning capable of ripping through solid rock. It is ideal to use in conjunction with a water technique. Arashi can utilize currents of electricity from his finger and then launch it as a wave at his opponent(s). Arashi can also manipulate and draw in pre-existing electricity to either act as the attack or charge up the attack. It will then shock and electrocute the enemy, paralyzing them. This attack will cut off all signals from the nerves and contract the musclar system. If more than three wounds are open to the victim's body, then this technique can kill them. If there is only one wound, the electricity will enter the body and cut off the muscular fibers and severe the joints. If this shocks the opponent for more than eight posts posts, their skin, muscles, and nerves will start to wrinkle, grow pale, and age to that of an elderly man, removing their ability to fight (AA-level). This can also be used to "lift" metallic objects and throw it. He can also manipulate it to form an electrical barrier allowing him, repelling all weaponry attacks and projectiles. It is a dangerous attack when it connects with a live body and can deal extremely severe body damage. The exact effects varies from the power of the attack and where it is aimed. The greatest aspect of this technique is the user's ability to force the chakra to "bend" the muscles and bones in their victim's bodies, allowing them to lift them like a puppet. On a supplementary side, the user can channel this wave to water to give it shocking effects or they can channel it through their mouth when it is near a water source, allowing it to conduct the electricity (Known as Kangekiha). It is useful for colloboration jutsu with water. If it's a B-rank attack, the user's fingers will fell numb, and if it's above B-rank, then their arms will feel very heavy to the point they can use them properly.

Description: Raiton Kage Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes lightning to create a Kage Bunshin clone. Because it is a Kage Bunshin, the Raiton version shares the ability to interact with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. If the Raiton Kage Bunshin is injured, the clone will revert into its natural lightning state. Like in other Lightning Element attacks, should the target come into contact with the electricity, they will be momentarily stunned.

Four large earthen pillars will rise to surround the target. Lightning will then be unleashed to stun the target, paralyzing them and delivering moderate nerve damage. The member can also create a more stronger version in which sixteen pillars rise and shock the target (AA level).

Description: Inmetsu no Kyuu is a Ninjutsu technique created by Arashi. He concentrates a large amount of Raiton chakra into one, large, compressed ball. He can use this ball in three ways. The first way, would be to blast this ball that travels at high speeds, at the opponent which shocks them and deals heavy damage to their body with large force. The ball can travel up to twenty-five meters from where it was blasted and can even change direction, although it can only follow simple directions like up, down, right and left. There are no diagonal directions. The second way is to seperate the sphere into eight, longer, blasts of Raiton. These electric blasts would be like rays and can reach up to fifty meters. Each blast deals B-rank level damage which can still inflict severe harm to an opponent, but it has an extended reach and is multiplied, allowing it to hit multiple opponents. Like the bigger sphere, it travels at high speeds and can also change directions. The blasts can curve to change directions. The third way is a more preferable way by Arashi, and is especially useful for taking out small armies. By expanding the sphere slightly, Arashi lifts the ball high above his head with his hands. The ball will shrink into a super-condensed tiny ball and then it shoots one hundred long rays of electricity high into the air. The sky would seem to "light up" due to the Raiton rays. Once that happens, Arashi seeks his sight on whoever he wants to shoot with the rays and then they will quickly descend down towards the target, making it difficult for them to dodge as there are multiple attacks from multiple directions. The rays would close in on all escape routes and strike down on the target, paralyzing them (2 post) and inflicing an average amount of damage to them. This can work against multiple opponents. The blasts seek out heat (thus has a heat-tracking ability) so it's very difficult for those who wants to dodge it and it can be used to reveal the enemy's location. Also, Arashi could remote control the blast, which is useful for luring them out. He can manipulate directions, but that can only be done once. It is nearly impossible for an enemy to dodge ten blasts unless they cleverly evade it by moving away at the last second. Once hit by at least ten blasts, the target's body would feel recoil movements and painful spasms on their muscles. This technique can be easily stopped by an A-rank Fuuton defense or by a defensive technique higher than A-rank. If Arashi uses this, he cannot use any Raiton technique higher than B-rank for four posts.

Description: Raiton ~ Rakurai is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Lightning element. Arashi changes a large amount of chakra in their palm to Raiton and a powerful electric bolt will emerge. The density of this lightning bolt varies by color from blue to yellow with yellow being the highest intensity. This bolt can either be thrown or be used to strike at objects by hand like a sword. It can also be comboed in a bundle to increase its ferocity. It can pierce through most matter and travel at the same rates as Raiton: Gian. The damage caused by the boly depends on how densed it is and results from great to tremendous damage, especially if it hits vital areas. The bolt can breach through most solids and stuns an opponent for two posts... or worse depending on where it hit. When striking with the bolt, aiming it at vital points will cause massive pain and an enormous loss of blood. This technique was originally developed by Arashi Kuromura to rival or cut through other Raiton-based ninjutsu. The bolt is pure solid and weak against Fuuton techniques of the same level of above. (Level B or higher) This bolt, however, was never meant to become an equal of Chidori and so Chidori can fairly pierce and defeat this technique, unless an Extremely High bolt is used. A bundle of at least three thunderbolts can defend from Chidori but cannot break it. Also depending on the speed or power it has, it's able to penetrate through Chidori. If the bolt is at A-rank level, then Arashi can choose to extend the size of the bolt into a large one, allowing it to move at high speeds with tremendous force and high temperatures, but it removes its ability to hold numbing effects and some kind of additional weapon is required to launch a bolt of that size. Rakurai is charagable and so it holds the ability to not only cut through but also diminish other Raiton techniques just by mere physical contact. For example, if a B-rank Rakurai is used against a B-rank Raiton, the moment they touch, the Rakuai and the Raiton both immediately dispearse to sparks. If a B-rank Rakurai is used against a C-rank Raiton, the B-rank will cut right through it. It is an efficient technique as a defense and counter to equal Raiton-based techniques and a powerful offensive force, which marks this as one of Arashi's most favorite jutsus.

Name: Devastation Flash: Obliterating Thunder

Description: Inmetsu Senkou (Massatsurai) is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Arashi Kuromura. This technique is advanced in nature and so requires Kage-level chakra control and an abundant supply of electricity. Arashi compresses a immense amount of his Raiton chakra and the surrounding electricity near him while swirling his hands in a circular cycle to create a ball of ultra-condensed electricity. After pressurizing as much electricity as he could to a single point, an extremely bright shining yellow ball of mixed chakra electricity and natural electricity will be made. The ball is so intense that it heats up Arashi's surrounding space and even causes some moderate burns to his hands, demolishing the ground he is standing on from the leaking force. Arashi will then shrink the sphere into the size of a small marble that can fit within the palm of his hand, furthermore compressing the energy and "holding" it (the ball will levitate just an inch above his palm) with only one hand. The ball has a heavy concentration and a constant flow of electricity, which gives it a devastating effect. Arashi will forcefully extend his arm and instantly release all of that energy. The release will create a loud screech that causes great pain to the ears, which hears it as a cry, as it charges and a deafening boom of thunder. The ball will rapidly expand into an extremely wide, powerful, blue, blast of electricity. Destroying everything within a blast that covers nearly three kilometers, the blast radius is quite large and causes great destruction to the enviroment equal to a tremendous explosion. The power of this technique is unpredictable in scale and the speed it travels on covers the overall range in just five seconds and it is nearly impossible for the opponent to see it coming when released. It will instantly cut through any atoms and electrons in the way, annihilating all traces of a body and form. However, this also holds some very severe effects, and it can only be used once per day. The arm in which held the sphere is paralyzed for long periods of time, having high amounts of electricity focused through the nerves, and has serious electrical recoil effects on his body that can only be healed by a medical professional. The arm in which it is held also suffers dangerous burns that it removes all skin layers, holding effects between the fourth and fifth degree. Arashi will have painful muscle spams and will have trouble moving properly with his body being shocked, which causes him to move randomly and abruptly. He is also unable to perform any jutsu for ten posts. The blast works on the direction (or the half) Arashi is facing, and so anything distant from his back will not be affected. However, if Arashi forcefully lifts up his arm and releases it from above his head, then it will release a 360 degree circular attack with the same blast radius, causing more enviromental damage with Arashi being at the epicenter of the attack. It generates enough heat and has enough force to destroy anything in its path. However, it will have more serious effects. The arm will be permanentely disabled unless healed by a medical professional and all skin layers will be removed exposing muscle that will require immediate treatment, his entire body will suffer moderate burns and scars, and he will be unable to perform jutsu for fifteen posts. His body will also have more dangerous recoil effects. If this way of releasing this jutsu is done desperately or all of a sudden without charging it up to its maximum point, then it will hold the same destructive power and range but the arm that was holding the ball will be totally obliterated and have major bleeding. The technique requires four posts to pressurize.

Description: This techniques works by combining brute physical force and great elemental control to create unique effects. In this case, Arashi will take advantage of the Lightning Release Stream and use it to subdue his opponents. By focusing electrical chakra to a body part (the elbow, the shoulder area, a finger, the wrist/palm, the knuckles, the feet, etc.), that body part will glow with electricity. If used at a really close distance, the opponent might not be able to see it unless they have chakra percieving abilities. Arashi will then launch an attack using that body part at the opponent(s) and right upon contact, Arashi will immediately release all of that chakra into the enemy's body. The injection of electrical chakra will phase through the skin to enter the nervous and circulatory system. The physical strike will force the chakra in and an electrical burn will form. Once the electricity enters inside, there will be something like a "beep", "shock", or "amputation" sound which occurs immediately right when it takes effect. The chakra will enter the body and "bend" all electrical signals from the nerves and stuns the heart, causing the victim's body to "bump" as it they were amputated and all of their movements woulod seize and they would be shocked. The victim will then fall unable to move nor control their body (four posts) until their nervous system resets itself. If timing is right, it can be an effective surprise to the enemy.

Description: Shouhakyo is a Ninjutsu technique utilziing the Lightning element. After forming the needed handseals, the large sphere of lightning will form within the user's hands. By aiming it at a certain direction, the sphere will explode into a large electrical wave made out of electrical currents at the size of a pool. It encompasses a wide area and upon contact with a surface, it will immediately shock and paralyze it. But the true effect of this techniques is its massive heat generation, which inflicts burns to the enemy's bodies. If the user is at a higher ground than their opponent, then they can effectively use it to electrocute their enemies from a far distance. It has enough power to pierce through rock but only has near killing potential. It can deal heavy damage to the nervous system and other areas of the body as well. This technique can travel very far (only if it is aimed at air or below the user). Can only be used once per 15 posts.

Furthermore, this can also deliver great damage and immense pain, immobolizing one's skeletal system for four posts. However, the aftereffect would be moderate levels of stress. This technique can be enhanced and exploited to its fullest potential if it is combined with Ninjutsu.

Description: Raigaa Bomu is a Taijutsu technique utilized by Raikage. The Raikage grabs his opponent and lifts them high into the air, just over his head. Then, using his extreme strength, he smashes them head first onto the ground in what resembles a powerbomb maneuver, devastating enough to shatter the earth around it. This will inflict massive damage to their opponent enough to immobolize them for long periods of time. The power of the attack was enough to shatter several of Susanoo's bones. This technique, however, requires a very large phyqisue and incredible muscle strength to perform. When used with Ninjutsu, it can be a technique that no one has ever survived before. If the enemy does not summon a powerful defense, they would die immediately of the impact if used with Ninjutsu. Has severely large-immense levels of stress. User cannot perform any Taijutsu moves for five posts (if used without Ninjutsu) and they cannot weave handseals nor use Taijutsu for five posts (if used with Ninjutsu.)

Description: Rariatto is a Taijutsu technique utilized by the Cloud Jinchuuriki Killer Bee. First, the user must surround themselves with a powerful chakra aura such as a dense chakra cloak or a powerful elemental armor. Then using his speed, defense, and strength, he will rush towards his target and ram into their upper chest with his arm, delivering large impact and force. Avoiding the attack is difficult, as only an Uchiha with the Sharingan's predictive abilities and Bee's own brother the Raikage were able to escape it. Should they make full contact with his target, they will sustain massive damage to their chest, blowing away a large portion of it. The attack is done under a linear fashion and so a Sharingan user from a mid-range distance can avoid it. When A uses it, he surrounds himself with his Lightning Release Armor, rather than tailed-beast chakra. His high-level chakra, which is comparable to that of a tailed beast's, would produce the same effect as Killer Bee's version. The two brothers can combine their efforts to perform a Double Lariat, which is strong enough to decapitate the victim. If used without Ninjutsu, the power will be greatly lessened that the user could only shatter some bones within the chest area without exposing it and the attack speed will be lessened.

It is also possible to heavily injure an organ or a group of muscles if enough force is applied. However, if a counter of equal force is applied, the user risks their elbow joint being snapped off.

Description: Jinsokuken (Houken) is a fighting style utilized by Kiri ninja. It is a very relaxed and precise battle style, but deals aggressive impacts. Although the focus of this style is the same through every single user, what they use to make this style work differs from each individual. The key to this style is to gradually weaken the opponent's ability to fight and their body control by striking at the many open gaps within their muscles and by targeting vital points. By targeting at specific openings with bony or blunt body areas within the opponent's muscles, they are able to loosen the opponent's muscular fibers. An opponent with more muscle mass and strength can be easily weakened and have their raw power turned against them by hitting these gaps; weakening the muscles, lowering the amount of force one can exert, and loosening/stretching muscles that it will be difficult to bend them, use them, and manipulate them to maintain control over their body. Their limbs will be left hanging like a rag doll. The more the opponent struggles or resists this, the more stress will come to them. By attacking near vital areas, the Kiri ninja can cause major damage to vital points and cause serious internal bleeding. By attacking muscle gaps and vital areas, the opponent will suffer intense to excruciatting pain. It will be more easier to bleed if the muscles aren't there to endure it and stop the pain. The more loose the muscles are, the more pain there will be and bleeding from the vitals will slightly shrink the muscles and induce spasms. The real requirement to this style for a skilled user is the usage of elemental chakra to augment the damage to the opponent, which varies from user to user. With the Byakugan or accurate knowledge of specific points within the body, the user can focus raw Raiton chakra within the skin of the limb they are using to attack the opponent with. Arashi can take advantage of Raiton Ninjutsu and mix it with Taijutsu, and use it to attack the opponent with the Raiton chakra concealed within the body part without the opponent's awareness. This would require Jonin level chakra control in order to manipulate raiton chakra to the point it can be hidden within the body yet cause deadly effects upon contact. Such as when Arashi hits a bundle of muscles with lightning chakra within his elbow or the side of his hand, that chakra will cause a small electrical burn and will phase through the skin, and slice the muscles internally. This can cause serious effects from loosening the muscles to cause bleeding to the total eradication of muscle fibers which will cause a body part to go haywire. Secondly, to high level ninja, they can also use this style to target pressure points. By putting brute force in these pressure points, the user is able to make it extremely difficult to move that limb and cause immense pain to surge through the body. If the user hits the spinal cord, then they will make it extremely difficult for the target to move the body. If they enhance their attacking point with elemental chakra, then by attacking these pressure points, they can paralyze the limb (four posts) with a single strike or if they hit the spinal cord with elemental chakra, they are able to paralyze the whole body. Low level ninja are unable to use this technique to its fullest potential and might miss, leaving them vulnerable for attack. They are only able to attack muscle gaps while higher-level ninja with enough skill are able to use it properly but makes them suspectible to enemy traps as they have to get close. This technique is designed by top Jonin-level Kiri assassins to either mess up an enemy's internal body structure or to totally devastate their body functions and systems they it will quickly cause it to "malfunction" and "spin out of control." The techniques that stem from this style are considered to be very swift and relaxed but can require brute force to turn the opponent's body as a weapon to be used against them. Taijutsu techniques that derive from this style are Arashi's Ikkotsu and Sokotsu.

Name: Ikkotsu ~ Single Bone

Description: Ikkotsu is a Taijutsu technique developed by Arashi Kuromura. This is an example of Jinsokuken which combines elemental chakra and Taijutsu to create devastating effects and requires a massive body physique as well as, depending on what level the user wants to use it on, immense chakra control. This targets the muscular gaps. Arashi holds up a very tight fist and concentrates a considerable amount of Raiton chakra within that fist, yet no signs of the electricity or chakra is present. Arashi will then retract that fist to build up a great amount of potential energy, and then violently stretch his arm forward as a very powerful punch, releasing kinetic energy in the form of a large amount of force. Upon contact with the enemy, the effects of this technique will show. The amount of raw Raiton chakra will charge up the punch's smashing power and the amount of force it exerts to high levels, allowing Arashi to easily penetrate through concrete, hard solid ground, and most objects. Half of this technique's power comes from the original amount of force used, and the other half comes from the Raiton chakra. It increases force not strength, as when Arashi punches an object, the Raiton chakra will immediately exit out of the fist and pass through the skin and immediately expand into a miniaturized electrical shockwave within the opponent's body. It will then inflict from moderate to tremendous internal damage to the opponent's body. From an external view, the shockwave will cause an electrical burn to the area it passed through so great that a three-inch diameter circular hole will appear right within the opponent's skin exposing muscle and destroy nearly all of their abdomen or a digestive organ (depending on where they hit) and send them flying high away for several to hundreds of meters and then crash to the ground. When used on an inanimate object or a tool of sort, a large hole will appear right in the item's form and disrupt its functions and wieldability. or it will totally destroy that item by immense crushing force. Arashi mainly uses this to destroy solid defenses made of natural items such as earth, concrete, or Doton. By using Ikkotsu, they will pummel right through the Doton technique and cause it to crumble, ending the technique. The level of the Doton must not be higher than the level of the Ikkotsu used while a maximum power Ikkotsu can break through any Doton. However, this technique does have a downside ranging from the skill of the user and the amount of Raiton chakra used. The electricity stored within the fist will numb and paralyze the nerves around the hand used, causing it to be unmovable for two (D-C, four posts is B) to six posts (A). Also, one or two average burns will form within the hand. Also, if this is used against a hard metallic object or an enemy with higher endurance, then the bones within the fist and arm might snap due to pressure. Lower level ninja would only be able to cause a second-degree electrical burn within the area hit and break a few bones around that area. Masters of this technique are able to use this at powerful levels, allowing them to open a large space within the opponent's chest and destroy most of the bones and organs around there at most. Arashi might sometimes have to discard his clothing in order to face off with super-hard skin, making him suspectible to scarring and such.



Name: Sokotsu ~ Double Bone

Description: Sokotsu is a Taijutsu technique developed by Arashi Kuromura. Like its parent jutsu, it requires a massive body physique and immense chakra control, and only Jonin or higher are able to learn it. Similiar to Ikkotsu but Sokotsu requires two fists to launch, creating devastating effects. However, the process of increasing force is different from Ikkotsu, which is done before Arashi runs toward and hits his opponent. Arashi will focus massive amounts of Raiton chakra within his two fists while running towards his opponents, charging up the force while moving. The amount of time it takes for the charging to reach its maximum point depends on the distance from Arashi and his opponent. Arashi will then slam his two fists at his opponent with enormous brute force. Arashi will then immediately releash an electrical shockwave within the opponent's body that is two times greater than the one summoned by Ikkotsu. The amount of force Arashi naturally created enhanced by the amount of dual Raiton chakra build up will cause destructive and fatal effects to the opponent's body. As a result of that, a hole so large that it exposes the organs within the opponent's entire chest will form and the overall impact of the technique will destroy much of the opponent's bodily functions and body systems, killing them. Those who have suffered from this die a very violent death as this technique can totally obliterate an opponent in just one blow. After impact, the opponent will just fall and lay motionless, dead already before they fell. The electricity will paralyze both arms Arashi used for two to eight (C is two, B-A is four, AA is six, S is eight) posts and create severe burns and scars all around it. If used at S-rank level, Arashi will not be able to manipulate chakra for that duration of paralyzation. If Sokotsu is used at anything higher than B-rank, Arashi will not be able to use any higher than A-rank chakra techniques for the equivalent paralyzation duration. It will also slow down his movements. At C-rank level, serious electric burns are formed at the area hit as well as minor internal bleeding. Sokotsu is also an ideal move to be used against hard objects such as earth, concrete, and metal. When Arashi uses it to its highest potential, it can penetrate through anything. The rank of the object (excludes humans) must not be higher than one level of the Sokotsu applied or else the object will not be destroyed.

Description: Kiri Shinsui is a Taijutsu technique utilized by Kiri ninja. The Kiri ninja charges towards the target and then launches a knee strike at it. The impact can shatter bones and even knock people unconscious, however, the true intention of this technique is to break through an opponent's block by using brute force against a muscle gap to cause the limb that is defending to "release". By doing so, the Kiri ninja is able to overwhelm the opponent and continously be able to launch additional attacks at them, pushing them away.

Description: Umahou is a Taijutsu technique utilized by Kiri ninja. The Kiri ninja charges towards the target, hardens their leg, stretch it forward, and launch a strong kick to the opponent's side. The part that is actually connecting is the ankle area which delivers powerful impact and violently pushes the opponent to the side. It will fracture their rib and it might knock them out if they hit too hard to the ground.

Description: Kage Bunshin is a Jounin level Ninjutsu technique. When Naruto stole the scroll of seals, he learned this technique as well. The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. This makes Kage Bunshin an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time. This allows the ninja to essentially reduce the time it takes to train and learn with each clone added. This is especially true when used with Tajuu Kage Bunshin.

Description: Nan Kaizou is a Ninjutsu technique that allows a ninja to make their body very malleable. Originally developed for spying activities, this technique can be done after some surgery and body modification on the ninja's joints as well as their bone and muscular structure. After surgery has been done, the ninja will be able to use chakra to activate the modifications on the joint to use this technique. The user dislocates their joints then controls their softened body with chakra, allowing them to stretch and twist any part of their body at any angle, elongating and even coiling around their opponent. This can also be used to make the user's body more malleable and snakelike. The ninja can also retract their limbs and only manipulation certain body parts. As he moves with chakra, part of Arashi's individual physical structure is somewhat retained and so he can make some strong attacks, thus enabling him to use a form of long range Taijutsu. Orochimaru's version allows him to stretch any of his body parts well beyond their normal length and allows him to move in the manner of a snake.

Description: Arashi no Souken, also known as Kumoton Soujuu (Cloud Element Manipulation), is the second ability of a Kuromura's Ranton element. They are able to create thunderclouds filled with electricity which can electrocute and paralyze enemies or overwhelm them with precise lightning strikes at close range. The capabilities of the electrical attacks must be propotional to the chakra used to conjour it. The most important aspect of this Storm Creation is not its offensive/defensive mode but its capability of being produced from anywhere, including right on top, below, or next to the user. Because of such ability, it requires a great amount of chakra control and consumes heavy amounts of chakra. Genin-level Kuromuras are only able to utilize the D-rank version, which only creates normal clouds that are not filled with electricity. They are mainly used for distraction and to cover up actions/escapes. If the Kuromura does create a thundercloud, then they can use it as an offensive advantage by using the precise, deadly lightning strikes to accurately and quickly cut off enemy limbs at short distances. The Kuromura can also manipulate already existing thunderclouds, just by sending their Ranton chakra essence to the thundercloud and taking control of it and its electrical supply. The amount of chakra they need to transmit must be equivalent to the size of the cloud. Only a Jounin or higher can do this and they are only able to manipulate one cloud at a time. Ninja who have a high degree of mastery of this can easily use this technique in various ways.

Description: Ranton: Ikorose is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Storm Element. By weaving three handseals, the Kuromura clan member's hands will glow and suddenly shoot out a rapid-moving blast of light at the target(s). This blast of light, which is a projectile of condensed electricity moving like water, will quickly travel to the target, closing off distances in just a few seconds, and then penetrate right through the target before exploding, completely burning and incinerating the target (only small objects and weapons like kunai, shuriken, normal katanas, and anything with the same hardness as those). If it is used against a human or a little bigger weapon (giant shurikens, and anything with relative hardness as that), it will only inflict second-degree burns and large impact. When it is unleashed, it mimics the sound of a gernade being released by its launcher. The scale of power and solidity of the single burst can be altered by controlling the amount of chakra used to create it. Likewise, the direction of the blast can be manipulated, closing off escape routes and the blast can take on other forms and shapes as well. By splitting the amount of chakra to multiple blasts, the Kuromura can fire multiple high-speed projectiles at the enemy, though they do not have a connection point so they cannot be redirected.

This longsword is made out of pure Ranton and combined with an expert swordsman, it can inflict deliver powerful blows and precise, lethal cuts. It has the properties of other Ranton techniques, with a intense brightness, high penetration/cutting force, explosive capabilities, and intense temperatures. The blade can shorten and extend to a maximum of nine feet. Because the Kuromura has specifically eolved bodies designed to withstand the brightness and intensity of Ranton, they are not affected by its self-inflicting effects. At linear range, the Kuromura can rush in, and strike at the enemy's waist/middle area, delivering a precise, final slash that will cut the enemy in half. By exploting the sword's capabilties to its fullest, a Kuromura swordsmanship can launch multiple accurate blows at vital points and take care of most enemy units. It requires constant chakra consumption.

Name: Imprisonment of the Beast: Divine Spell

Description: Tojikomeru no Yajuu: Shin Jumon is a Fuuinjutsu technique utilized by Arashi Kuromura. First, Arashi must place a special seal tag upon the body of the target which paralyzes the target and takes away their freedom of movement for three posts. During this time, a barrier will form around the Jinchuruki with a three-meter width and length, blocking and preventing all access to the Jinchuruki. This barrier will be disrupted once Arashi initiates the jutsu. After forming the needed handseals, ten spiritual chains will erupt from the ground with warning and bind a Jinchuruki who is rushing towards them. As that happens, a stone platform will rise from the ground and a barrier would form within this platform, blocking access to the inside from the outside and encasing both Arashi and the Jinchuruki. While binded, two ritual tablets would form behind Arashi and behind the Jinchuruki with kanji letters written over it saying "Will" and "Order." Then pilalrs will rise around the Jinchuruki from the chains and form something like a shrine above their head, while a guillotine-like frame would appear right below the Jinchuruki's neck and their hands being restricted by a wooden beard with three holes in it attached to the frame. The third hole would be where the head would go and chains will force the Jinchuruki to fit in there. When that happens, the tablets would light up and the chains will start to shine. These spiritual chains are made out of material and substance resistant to both chakra and force, so only a master Fuuinjutsu user who can cancel out seals like this or someone with complete control over their Bijuu that they can trasnform to it at will will be able to destroy this Fuuinjutsu. A bright blast of light will appear from each tablet and they will hit the Jinchuruki's forehead and back. A seal with black markings and the kanji stamped in the middle of it will form and all of the Bijuu's released chakra will retract back to the host and will all surge towards the seal. While that happens, the spiritual chains will rapidly absorb the Bijuu chakra from the seal as it flows and it will travel along the chains and then to the top of the shrine. All of the chakra the host has summoned from their Bijuu will than form a gigantic, dense sphere right above the shrine. Then a light will emit from the shine and it will slice right through the sphere, eradicating all of the chakra particles and destroying the entirety of the Bijuu's chakra. In doing so, it is an effective method in surpressing the chakra of a Jinchuruki/Bijuu and divide their two wills, disrupting the Bijuu's control/connection with the host. Arashi developed this should Jinchuruki in his village grow out of control and he'd be able to seal away its destructive power and surpress the Bijuu's influence. Although it is used to conquer Jinchuruki, Arashi can also use this against beings with bijuu-level chakras or near that. After sealing their chakra, Arashi can then implant it into his own to replenish his own supplies since the chakra is not dense enough to poison or harm his body. If he does this, then he cannot use this technique for the rest of the battle and it will place a huge strain on his body. Tojikomeru no Yajuu: Shin Jumon can only be used once for every twelve posts in battle and uses up a massive amount of chakra. Once the bijuu's control over their host has been severed, the two seals will dissapear but will actually be re-planted within the center of the chakra circulatory system and the center of the host's brain. It's only purpose is to make it difficult for the Jinchuruki to access their Bijuu's chakra and vice versa. This is still usable against Bijuu in a wild state but it will only seal away half of their remaining chakra, rendering them unmovable and temporarily placing them in an extremely exhausted state that it feels as if they have no more chakra left in them and be utterly useless. Also this will incapacitate the Bijuu and make them unable to cause any more destruction, if the Bijuu isn't sealed away or at least contained within four posts after the Bijuu falls, the seals will diminish and the Bijuu will feel stamina once again, resuming the destruction. By placing a special seal tag on the host's forehead or abdomen and using this technique, Arashi can remove any seals created by jutsu and therefore allow the host to resume utilizing their Bijuu's chakra.

Name: Judgment of the Buddha: Five Symbols Seal: Two Palm Prison

Description: Butsuda no Kanshiki: Gokigou Fuuin: Nihira Hitoya (Bijuu Attachment: Mizukage Version) is a forbidden Fuuinjutsu technique developed by Mizukage Arashi Kuromura. It requires a Kage-level ninja and the Script of the Buddha to use. After forming the needed handseals and the chakra consumption, Arashi will then place the palm of his hand on an open seal slot within the Script and a contract seal [Keiyaku Fuuin] will appear on that slot. Arashi will then recite a couple of sentences referring to the nature of the seal and it will glow, emanating a large shining image of the Buddha hovering right above Arashi. To activate the sealing process of this jutsu, it requires a living human body to act as a sacrifice in order for the Buddha to unleash the sealing. The sacrifice is said to have to be volunteery, and is mainly Arashi himself. Once someone has been chosen, the Buddha image will unleash a thousand palm strikes at the Bijuu, severely beating them down and rendering all of their muscles and bones useless. After that, the Buddha image will clap its hands and a shining yellow square barrier will form around the Bijuu, containing them and it's height is higher than the clouds. The barrier is impossible to break by chakra, forceful, and sealing means. The Buddha will raise its palm at the imprisoned Bijuu and the Two Palm Seal symbol will form. Then, five kanji letters will form at each side of the barrier: Right, Left, Back, and Front while the fifth one will appear right at the Bijuu's abdomen each saying Azure Dragon, Vermillion Bird, White Tiger, Black Tortoise, and Yellow Dragon. This seals will immobolize the Bijuu and its properties while allowing the Bijuu to make contact with the Bijuu from inside the Barrier. The Buddha image will then launch two powerful palm strikes which would appear from the Black Tortoise seal and knock the Bijuu out. Immediately after that happens, the Bijuu's soul and chakra will leak out of the body, heading towards the four seals at each side of the barrier. Arashi will then choose, depending on the level of the Bijuu (this applies to those with higher than five tails), Arashi will split the soul and chakra into a yin half and a yang half. He will then seal away the yin half within the Script (if the Bijuu has lower than six tails, then the yin chakra will break down and be destroyed within the Script) and then seal away the yang half in the selected host, or at least a container that will not prove to be much resistance to the yang chakra and the Two Palm Seal will form on the hosts's abdomen, creating a Jinchuruki and it will allow the Bijuu to leak its chakra to its host by heightened emotional stress. After that, the Bijuu's lifeless body will slowly fade away as the Yellow Dragon seal destroys it, although it can be reformed if the yang half escapes from its host. This technique uses up a massive amount of chakra and so can only be used once per day. However, when facing off against multiple foes, it can be used to seal away all of them. This technique was originally used to invoke the purpose of the Script, which was to actually seal away any demons, spirits, monsters, or any supernatural/mythological being that might encounter them. Those being's entire body, soul, and chakra will be sealed away in the Script where it will be broken down or destroyed, but more powerful beings (hence those at Bijuu-level) can only be sealed "half-way" and they will continue to live unless their host dies while sealed. Therefore, this technique will not work against a human. This can also be used in reverse as to destroy a seal that traps a Bijuu within a host. If so, then it does not require the script nor does it require a living body, but it will take away nearly all of Arashi's chakra. The seal will be destroyed and the Bijuu will come out of its host. If the seal is placed upon an inanimate container, then the Bijuu can be resealed within another container, but that requires a living body. Arashi developed this to combat Bijuu-level beings.


Name: Mind Sealing Method: The Tablet of Death

Description: Seishin Houin: Takai Jouzei is an advanced Fuuinjutsu technique developed by Arashi Kuromura. After forming the needed handseals, Arashi's five fingers will glow with chakra with a seal saying "Material, Physical, Spiritual, Mental, and Force" in each finger. Then, a tablet will rise besides, on top, in front, behind, or below Arashi's position. The tablet has ancient carvings within its space is a void that traps and breaks down any substance that enters it. The tablet will suck in all chakra attacks, energy attacks, and any force into its void within a three meter radius in the direction it is facing and then seal it up with a "Elimination" symbol. After it its trapped within the void, it will break down. Any human that touches the front of the tablet will be sucked in and be broken down. This can only be used at a maximum of three times per day. It is so that any devastating attacks within a close range can be destroyed by the help of the tablet, and it works against almost everything that is thrown at Arashi. It is not effective against extremely wide attacks and attacks with humongous force such as Suiton. It can also be used against people with huge chakra levels, such as that when striking at the opponent's abdomen area, it will create five seal marks that it causes them to go unconscious for one second and it prevents them for accessing their chakra circulatory system for ten posts. But Arashi's real purpose with this technique is to be the final step in a conjunction trio of three Fuuinjutsu. After implanting a special seal tag on a Bijuu's forehead or abdomen area, it will surpress all chakra that the Bijuu is using right now. After that, the tablet will rise from the ground and release spiritual wires from its front to the location of the seal tag. Arashi will then strike the back of the tablet, and it basically seals away the Bijuu's control over its mind along with its freedom of will and movement. In doing so, Arashi will enforce his will over the Bijuu and have temporarily control over the Bijuu, forcibly making it perform any action Arashi wants and follow any orders. This only lasts for one day and since taming a Bijuu costs a great amount of chakra, it will leave Arashi vulnerable for a moment. Also, considering the Bijuu's violent power and the need to get really close that Arashi needs to make contact with it, it is extremely difficult to place a seal tag on the Bijuu without getting smashed to bits. This also works against gigantic creatures.

Description: Ki no Mune is a Fuuinjutsu technique utilized by Arashi Kuromura. He devised this technique to destroy and seal away any kind of seal implanted or utilized on a person/object except a powerful seal that would seal a Bijuu. Tiny kanji signs stating "Bind, Loose, Turn, Unbind, and Destroy" will appear on the palm of his hand. When Arashi touches the object holding the seal, or at least is holding something that is physically connecting with the object so he can transfer it, it will rapidly cause many seal reactions that the seals that the object is using or holds will "unseal" itself and then be destroyed. As such, any seal that either supports the item or restricts it will be unlocked and eradicated. This can also work in vice versa in that when an active seal is being used to harm or limit the person's actions can be sealed or be destroyed. Seals, unseals, and destroys almost all seals placed upon something. When used by a skilled Fuuinjutsu user, this can also be used to counter and destroy any Fuuinjutsu technique used against them such as ojikomeru no Yajuu: Shin Jumon



Name: Elemental Sealing Method

Description: Youso Houin is a Fuuinjutsu technique utilized by weapon masters and Fuuinjutsu users.This technique is a standard ninja skill which allows a ninja to store objects within another object, most commonly a scroll, and then summon an assortment of them to use. When needed, the owner will activate the seals releasing their item or weapon of choice. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expands the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use. The items themselves are unaffected by time. Weapons are the most commonly sealed objects, with puppet jutsu also using this by having these hidden inside various compartments as a means of increasing their own killing potential as well as hiding useful weapons from the opponent's sight.

Ninjutsu can also be stored in scrolls, to be released when the scroll is opened. In the manga, this is done with the Water Prison Technique can be stored in a scroll. Since this technique did not require the chakra or the will of the one holding it, and since the one who made it was dead, it was used effectively as a trap, immobilizing anyone that tries to read the scroll's contents.

Using the Script of the Buddha, Arashi can not only store a large quantity of weapons within one slot, but can also seal away powerful barrier techniques or elemental techniques that no one is controlling. When storing objects within scrolls or seal tags, Arashi can quickly summon them for weaponry combat. By drawing a special seal symbol on his back with special dark-red ink, Arashi can also store the Hiramekarei within the seal on his back without it hindering his movements and for free combat usage. However, it will require a constant but small chakra consumption.

Name: Hiramekarei ~ Flicker Flounder Blade
Ability/Description: Hiramekarei has the ability to form any kind of shape and form to be used as weapons made out of chakra. From the two holes at the upper end of the blade, Hiramekarei can shoot out chakra which can be formed into weapons such as offensive weapons like hammers, spears, swords, ropes/threads, etc. and it can also cover itself with a chakra layer that can form into defensive weapons like shields, armour, etc. The chakra is supplied to Hiramekarei by its owner and the blade makes it more dense and shapes the chakra into the owner's liking, allowing Arashi to inflict powerful blows and impacts from a distance. Arashi can store chakra within the Hiramekarei for later use that the sword will take out automatically, but it can only be a maximum amount of B-rank chakra. The chakra weapons that Hiramekarei makes can extend/travel up to fifty meters. It is suitable for long-range combat and is capable of creating gigantic weapons of pure, raw chakra, giving it high crushing power. Hiramekarei can reshape the weapon it formed at any time and it can also form smaller chakra materials such as ropes from that weapon. All of the weapons are manipulatable and so Hiramekarei can create small multiple missile-like projectiles that can fly at high speeds like darts and remain unnoticed by the enemy. Their directions can be remote-controlled at any time and it can also cause a small-scale explosion by creating a rapid increase of volume and physical energy within the chakra, but it only works on those types of weapons. Hiramekarei can overcome any attack as long as it is the same level as the chakra attack, and the same applies to defense. The Hiramekarei is a chakra conductive blade and so to enhance the chakra attacks, Arashi can place his own elemental nature into the chakra weapon to give it additional properties. However, the element must be energy-related (Katon, Raiton, Fuuton) and not matter-related (Doton, Suiton). The Hiramekarei itself has double cutting edge which allows it to neatly slice through objects that are less dense/wide as it is. it's two handles allows easy wieldability with both hands and allows the swordsmen to not only increase the sword's attack power by ramming it but also so that the owner can easily retrieve it if Hiramekarei is disarmed from them.

Hiramekarei's second ability is a chakra-sensory power. How far it can percieve chakra depends on the communication link between sword and owner. "Resonance" is the act of the owner and Hiramekarei communicating and developing a good relationship so it will be able to offer its full abilities to the user. "Full Resonance" is the ultimate communication and partnership between a member of the Seven Swordsmen and their blade, allowing them to wield the blade like none other. Resonance level is determined by a grading scale, which is based off the jutsu rankings. D = Low Resonance, it is the level of a Trainee Canditate who has either only heard of it or seen it. C= Average Resonance, it is the sustained level of a Trainee Successor, who has either seen the blade in action, has gained a great amount of knowledge about it, or has touched it and wielded it for at least three seconds. B = Good Resonance, it is the level of a Successor who has officially become the new owner of the blade and is able to unlock at least one of its abilities. A = Excellent Resonance, it is the level of an Expert who the blade recognizes as it's owner and they are able to communicate properly. The owner is able to properly wield the blade and has unlocked almost or all of its abilities. S = Ultimate Resonance, it is the level of a Master who the blade recognizes as it's only master and remains to be upmost loyal and faithful to them. Owner and blade can communicate properly at any time and share each other's knowledge and awareness. The owner has experienced mastery over the blade and can wield it better than it's previous owner, unlocking all of its abilities. The owner is not hindered by the blade and can use it as a great advantage in battle. The blade will never betray them. Increasing one's Resonance varies from blade to blade but it generally means often usage in combat, experience with it, good treatment, enhancement in the area of kenjutsu, and communicating with it more - with each conversation being less awkward each time. There're also grades between the letter ranks such as between D and C there's C-, between C and B there's B-, and between A and S there's S-. Arashi's grade is an A-. With this Resonance, Hiramekarei can percieve and sense any chakra levels, beings, items, or forces within a 50 meter radius of Arashi. This is the maximum it can go. Hiramekarei can warn Arashi of this chakra presence so Arashi can plan accordingly. Any technique being used can be picked up by Hiramekarei and then be passed on to Arashi. Hiramekarei can only sense raw chakra and any "simplified" chakra settings. If there is any "spike" or anything that disrupts Arashi's chakras (this excludes genjutsu), that the Hiramekarei can remove that issue and destroy it. This would include anything that is poisoning the chakra, sealing it, or any B-rank mind-affecting abilities or lower.

Because of the blade's constant chakra emission and heavy size, it puts an immense strain on Arashi's back and makes it hard for him to perform jutsu and wield the blade quickly. Also while the blade is touching Arashi, he cannot perform any Genjutsu techniques nor can he make any Summoning techniques.

Hiramekarei is a bandaged, double-handled, chain-linked sword wielded by Arashi. The Hiramekarei has two holes in the upper end of the blade and is shaped like a giant fish.




Name: Script of the Buddha
Ability/Description: The Script of the Buddha was originally used to enhance Fuinjutsu. Then, it rose to being capable of sealing away demons, monsters, spirits, and supernatural/legendary beings alike. It is also able to destroy most of the things it sealed away. While it is in Arashi's possession, it has been given two purposes. One, to seal away Bijuu in case of emergencies and to limit the threat of a Jinchuruki. Two, it has been used to store weapons and items for later usage in combat or campaigns. It is mainly used for Fuinjutsu and can seal anything. The Script is heavily immune to explosive force, although those at C4 level or above can entirely eradicate it. It is also resistant to corrosion (this does not apply to Youton or natural lava) and the heat that causes it. The Script can also be used on a smaller-scale, and is better suited for weaponry combat or just survival. By cutting out slips of paper from the Script and marking the paper with a seal slot as well as markings around it, that seal tag can be used to store and summon objects like the Script. By placing these seal tags around his body, Arashi can quickly tap on them to release the objects. Although can only be used twice per battle, by attaching such paper slips to things like kunai, Arashi can use Fuinjutsu to "seal" Ninjutsu within these tags, though these paper seals might also possess Juinjutsu-like markings and properties.
Appearance/History: The Script of the Buddha is an ancient, nine-feet long, one and a half feet wide, scroll made by the founding ninja monks of the Temple of Water. Similiar to the ninja monks of the Temple of Fire, the Kiri ninja monks are practitioners of secret ninjutsu techniques strictly derived from the Buddha. Not only that, but these ninja monks were also skilled Fuuinjutsu masters. Involved in their religion, they created the scroll out of a unique paper that marked access to extra dimensions within space and created five seperate seal slots made out of ink that was said to have come from the purified waters the Buddha drank from. The monks added chakra-infused ink around the seal slots to create a pattern of lines and symbols that, when fused with the many sealing techniques the scroll's creators had placed upon it, it will allow one to use powerful sealing jutsu. At first, the scroll was used to enhance Fuinjutsu techniques, allowing the user to use multiple sealing abilities or to increase the power of the seal. But then the ninja monks decided to use the scroll as a container for their most sacred guidelines and teachings of the Buddha. "The Script of the Buddha" came to being. A decade later, there was an attack on the Temple from Oni, Yurei, Bakemono, and other Yokai. The elders decided to open the Script and use it to seal away the demons. With the utilization of the "Soul Sealing Method", all of the threats were sealed away and were destroyed while within the scroll. Although the Script was an exceptional weapon against the supernatural and mythological, Kirigakure's military saw it as a weapon to take out army-sized enemy forces. Sandaime Mizukage nearly annihilated the ninja monks and stole the Script. When an attack from the Nibi and Hachibi occured, Sandaime used the scroll to seal away the demons. But their combined demonic structures, as well as the Mizukage's reluctance to place additional seals on the Script, proved to be too strong for the Script to disintegrate, and the Bijuu were able to escape from imprisonment but were scattered around the Land of Water. After Sandaime's death, the Script was passed on to Yondaime Mizukage Arashi to support his Fuuinjutsu.


The Script has five open slots with markings on them that makes the scroll entirely durable, long-lasting, and creates the process of the sealing done by scroll. Each slot is lined up horizontally and has Kuchiyose-like seal symbols around them. The five seal slots are the only areas that are capable of sealing away objects. Each slot are able to seal up to fifteen spiritual creatures (below Bijuu-level), one Bijuu-level spirit, and up to fifty weapons. Once a slot has been "closed", it cannot be used unless the seal items are unsealed or more space is open. It is composed on tan-colored paper. It is usually rolled up.



Name: Black Steel Ninjato
Ability/Description: This Ninjato has immense toughness and endurance. It is made out of a special steel that makes the blade extremely hard and durable, allowing it to be invulnerable to most types of weapons and solid attacks. It's defensive power allows the blade to be resistant to C-rank chakra attacks and can even cut through them. B-ranks or higher though can injure the blade's structure and wide-range attacks will break the blade. Although that it's hardness, the blade also has high cutting power, allowing Arashi to deal fast-paced lethal strikes and overwhelming combination attacks to an opponent and their body. It can cut through most objects and can hold its own against any weapon. Very useful for deflecting projectiles and blades. Corrosion and crushing/smashing has little effect on this kind of sword. It is able to conduct chakra and its properties can be augmented if Arashi channels elemental chakra into it. It's weight is equivalent to an average-sized katana.

Arashi's Summoning Contract: Serpent Pact: Snake Species

Note: There will be more snake summons coming along the way and this can still be considered WIP. I have plans for at least five more summons but you are now able to mod the one below: The Boss of Snakes.


Name: Manda

Arashi Kuromura (WIP) Manda

Manda is the largest snake in the world. He easily towered over the tallest of buildings, trees, and large rock formations. Due to his length, he was even larger than Gamabunta and Katsuyu, easily coiling around Katsuyu and having more length behind him, and he could open his jaws wide enough to swallow Gamabunta whole.

He was colored purple, and had black rings running down intervals on his body. He had massive fangs, though they were arranged in a way similar to that of a constrictor snake instead of a viper or other venomous snake species, presumably carrying venom in them from the way they were designed, and green eyes. He also had four horn-like protrusions on his head.

Manda is the chief of all snakes.

Manda is very powerful, and able to stand his own against Gamabunta and Katsuyu, having almost killed them both before being disabled. He was extremely fast, as he was quickly able to dodge and disable Katsuyu. It is also obvious that he was well-known, as Gamakichi was afraid of him just because of his gaze. He was also able to shed his skin in a manner similar to the Body Replacement Technique or Body Shedding, which was seen during the battle with Gamabunta and Katsuyu, and to move underground. His body was sturdy enough to withstand mighty explosions, and remain intact, while providing a relatively safe shelter for anyone to hide inside his mouth. Overall, Manda was feared as the "strongest colossal serpent". Manda is capable of traveling silently and very quickly underwater and has very accurate senses. He is extremely flexible and possesses physical abilities that dominates nearly all of the snakes below him.

Name: Steel Skin

Description: Hierro is a natural capability of Manda. This basically describes the toughness and endurance of Manda's skin. His skin is very dense and hard to that of a steel-like quality. It is a strong defensive ability and it protects Manda's body by resisting against physical weapons that are made of titanium or weaker. This makes C-rank attacks or lower inflict little effect on him. It also weakens the pain Manda feels. This natural armor can be enhanced if Manda decides to condense B-rank level chakra all over his body, making his skin super-strong and capable of deflecting physical weapons that are weaker than chromium as well as large force. It makes him impervious to B-rank attacks or lower. This chakra coating only lasts for eight posts.

Name: Skin Shedding

Type: Ninjutsu
Description: Kawanaya is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Manda. When it is off time or Manda can forcibly push his outer skin layer out (must be done two posts before initiation of the technique), he is able to use a unique Kawamiri technique in which he sheds his skin. Consuming the appropriate chakra, Manda is able to shed his skin, which results in huge force that it creates a large cloud of smoke surrounding the area where Manda shedded his skin. He gains a slight speed boost and will usually burrow underground quickly without his enemy noticing. Slithering silently, by the time Manda emerges, all of his wounds will be healed and any missing body parts regenerated, all as if there was no damage at all. This technique can only be used three times per day and takes a lot of stamina from Manda, which will result in a considerable slowing of speed and reflexes as well as strength. Each time he uses this, his natural Hierro will grow weaker and by the time he uses it the second time, the armor will dissolve.

Description: Kaiago Shouka is a Taijutsu technique utilized by Manda. Using his high agility and flexibility, Manda is able to use his body to wrap around the opponent in full, powerful coils; capable of crushing small foes or suffocate his victims. Trapped and paralyzed, Manda will unhinge his jaw and open it to its fullest. With a massive mouth, he will attempt to swallow his opponent whole. Once in Manda's mouth, Manda will bite on the opponent with his sharp fangs and chew on them, quickly killing and chopping them to pieces. He will then swallow the victim.

Name: Venom

Type: Taijutsu/Weaponry
Description: Dokueki is the venom that snakes have secreted within their fangs. The venom that Manda has is the deadliest of snake venom and rivals the most devastating of poisons. Once Manda bites into the skin of his target, the venom will secretly seep within the victim's veins and bloodstream and it will take effect two posts after being bitten. The victim will suddenly feel very uncomfortable and extremely exhausted to the point that they will have trouble breathing. A post after that, they will feel a slight sting and painful muscle spasms in the right side of his body. Two posts after that, the victim will feel intolerable pain racing all around their body, making them unable to fight or move properly. This is due to the venom damaging vital organs. Three posts later, the venom will damage all of the nervous system and paralyze the opponent. Although it will hurt the neutral impulses, it will not affect the pain receptors and the victim can still feel pain. Twelve posts after being bitten, the venom would have already damaged the organs and caused heavy internal bleeding. They will travel to the most crucial source of life, the heart, and damage it. They will literally cause the heart to "shrink" and crush in on himself, sending excruciatting pain all around their body and finally killing them. The screams that emit from the victim are said to be the loudest in death by internal destruction and the pain one of the most terrible of all. Even after death, the veom will seek to disrupt the muscles and skin, causing the body to rot and turn extremely deformed. Bones will show and soon the body will dissapear. Only then would the venom dispearse. The venom is quite powerful, as Manda has little resistance to it and can be affected by his own venom. None of his summoners or anyone that has seen him has developed an antidote and there are a handful of cures that could destroy this venom before disastrous effects occur. It is possible by stabbing one's self near a vital point which is where the majority of the venom attacks, they're able to greatly reduce the threat and save themself of death. Just by exhaling where someone is gazing into Manda's eyes will make them feel unable to move because of the non-fatal particles spreading throughout the air. The venom can be used in various ways.

Description: Bachikei is a Taijutsu technique utilized by Manda. By using his large tail like a whip, Manda is capable of launching his body to inflict strong blows and effective defenses. The strength of his tail attack depends on the amount of force he applies to it. This can range from standard damage to devastation of the battle environment. He can easily counter a barrage of metal projectiles like shuriken with a swift strike from his tail and crush the enemy with it. It's very unfortunate and usually dangerous to encounter a direct hit from this, as it usually involves severe damage. He can launch several tail attacks multiple times in rapid succession as well as immediately switching from offense to defense. At it's most greatest, the massive force and crumble multi-story high buildings but using this constantly takes alot from Manda.

Ranton Element:
The Storm Release (嵐遁, Ranton; Viz "Gale Style") jutsu are techniques that combine Lightning Release and Water Release to create bright beams of electricity that can flow like water and laser-like attacks. This unique elemental nature is the kekkei genkai of the Kuromura clan. By combining Raiton and Suiton to form Ranton, the Kuromura can either use powerful lasers that are actually condensed electrically in the form of beams that can move like water or manipulate/create storms. The Kuromura can control the Ranton element and form other shapes as well to suit their purpose. These special elemental beams vary in brightness and intensity, and are known for their fast speed.

Unique Eyesight:
The Kuromura eyeballs have specifically modified retinas that allows them to "analyze" and "handle" ultrailluminating radiances of light. This means that their eyes are immune to total brightness and thus are resistant to any effects that causes brightness or is caused by brightness. This allows them to effectively use their Ranton.

High Bodily Adaptaion
This trait is reserved for dark-skinned Kuromuras but white-skinned ones still hold partial effects. The skin of a Kuromura act as temperature governors, and its role is to ensure that the body temperature stays at room. Therefore, Kuromuras are highly resistant to extreme levels of heat and cold. Whenever it's too hot, the skin will cut away the additional heat and release it around the Kuromura's surrounding space so their bodies stay warm and if it's too cold, the skin will shiver rapidly and add any heat it has stored up to ensure the Kuromura stays warm. This allows the Kuromura handle the Ranton.



Special Characteristics: More than half of the clan are dark-skinned, a trait of Kumo shinobi. Each clan member has enhanced eyes and body adaptions. Some of the clan members who are from Yotsuki descent have incredibly fit bodies.


History:

The Kuromura clan was one of the founding clans of Kumogakure and originated from the Land of Lightning. Not much is known about the exact origin of the Kumomura clan, but the elders state that one of the Sage of Six Path's disciples, "Hideki Kuromura", a master of the Suiton element who can control and soothen the flow of the waves, once climbed up a mountain in the Land of Lightning. During his journey, he almost got crushed by boulders and was severely injured. He encountered a woman who lived in the clouds. The woman, "Rin", who can control the storms and strike enemies with lightning, pittied Hideki and took him in the clouds where she mended him. When the man awakened, he thanked her for her kindness and payed her back with charming words of poetry. Hideki soon recovered and took a few days to study the wonderful colony that would be known as the "Cloud Village." He helped the colonists gather sap from the few trees around with the help of Rin. One day, they ventured far from the colony and grew lost. They stumbled upon a cave and rested there. Day after day, the two exchanged their feelings of the world and soon discovered that they share a common view: they both hated individual hard work and preferred to take more easier ways. A week later, the two finally made it back to the colony - with a basket of sap........ and a small baby! However, the viceroys forbidded the presence of a foreign citizen and so casted the baby and Hideki away. The baby resembled both of his parent's features, except his power is more towards his mother. Whenever the baby cries, the skies tremble and a thunderstorm suddenly appears. The baby grew up to be "Watari Kuromura." He married a dark-skinned lady and gave birth to Garui Kuromura. Garui was the first person to "establish" the Kuromura clan, as he was able to combine the Raiton and Suiton elements to form a special element that he dubbed "Ranton." Garui reached up to be a village advisor and councilmember during the early years of "Kumogakure" and served under Shodaime Raikage. From then on, the Kuromura clan expanded to a well-known family of (lazy) workers. Ninja historians disregarded this backround because of the difference between Rikudou Sennin's time and Garui's time and believe that the origins of the Kuromura clan stens from a band of thieves and butchers, but the existence of Garui Kuromura is definite. Most of the clan are dark-skinned while only a few are white. To this day, the Kuromura clan is considered to be the only Kumogakure clan to possess an elemental kekkei genkai and perhaps one of the few clans in Kumogakure that can rival the Yotsuki clan. Due to an internation scandal between Konoha and Suna involving "Shinteki", Kumogakure had to get involved but many were killed. In order to help fend off a Bijuu attack, most of the Kuromura clan were forced to migrate to Kiri and inhabit there to ensure Kirigakure's safety and military structure.

Name: Laser Circus - Diligent Crushing Chain Tormenting Principle

Description: Ranton • Reizaa Saakasu is a Ninjutsu technique utilzing the Storm Element. Using their ability to create Ranton, the Kuromura will form a hand seal to send out several bright bursts of light which can bend towards their opponent and deliver a powerful, tremendous explosion. A halo of bright energy expands from the user's hand while using this technique. The direction of the electrical beams can be manipulated and they travel very fast as well as being able to fire at long range distances, thus they can be guided like missiles.

Description: Ranton: Ikorose is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Storm Element. By weaving three handseals, the Kuromura clan member's hands will glow and suddenly shoot out a rapid-moving blast of light at the target(s). This blast of light, which is a projectile of condensed electricity moving like water, will quickly travel to the target, closing off distances in just a few seconds, and then penetrate right through the target before exploding, completely burning and incinerating the target (only small objects and weapons like kunai, shuriken, normal katanas, and anything with the same hardness as those). If it is used against a human or a little bigger weapon (giant shurikens, and anything with relative hardness as that), it will only inflict second-degree burns and large impact. When it is unleashed, it mimics the sound of a gernade being released by its launcher. The scale of power and solidity of the single burst can be altered by controlling the amount of chakra used to create it. Likewise, the direction of the blast can be manipulated, closing off escape routes and the blast can take on other forms and shapes as well. By splitting the amount of chakra to multiple blasts, the Kuromura can fire multiple high-speed projectiles at the enemy, though they do not have a connection point so they cannot be redirected.

Description: Arashi no Souken, also known as Kumoton Soujuu (Cloud Element Manipulation), is the second ability of a Kuromura's Ranton element. They are able to create thunderclouds filled with electricity which can electrocute and paralyze enemies or overwhelm them with precise lightning strikes at close range. The capabilities of the electrical attacks must be propotional to the chakra used to conjour it. The most important aspect of this Storm Creation is not its offensive/defensive mode but its capability of being produced from anywhere, including right on top, below, or next to the user. Because of such ability, it requires a great amount of chakra control and consumes heavy amounts of chakra. Genin-level Kuromuras are only able to utilize the D-rank version, which only creates normal clouds that are not filled with electricity. They are mainly used for distraction and to cover up actions/escapes. If the Kuromura does create a thundercloud, then they can use it as an offensive advantage by using the precise, deadly lightning strikes to accurately and quickly cut off enemy limbs at short distances. The Kuromura can also manipulate already existing thunderclouds, just by sending their Ranton chakra essence to the thundercloud and taking control of it and its electrical supply. The amount of chakra they need to transmit must be equivalent to the size of the cloud. Only a Jounin or higher can do this and they are only able to manipulate one cloud at a time. Ninja who have a high degree of mastery of this can easily use this technique in various ways.

Description: Ranton: Raiunkōha is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Ranton element. The Kuromura uses Storm Release to generate a thick ring of thunderclouds and electricity around them, creating an offensive and defensive ward. They can then use these clouds to fire powerful blasts of lightning at their enemies, and as an electrified perimeter; effectively preventing their enemies from getting close. However, this technique requires constant chakra drain due to the position of the thunderclouds.

Name: Storm Release - Secret Technique: Demon Dragon Storm

Description: Ranton Ōgi: Rankiryū is an advanced Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Ranton element. A high-level Kuromura uses their ability to create and manipuate storms to produce a massive thundercloud that can absorb chakra in order to grow in size and power. They are able to channel the absorbed chakra into the earth, possibly leading to a bigger technique. Aside from S-rank Fuuton or multiple S-rank chakra attacks, the thundercloud can convert the absorbed chakra as an energy supply to the internal electricity to fire powerful bolts of lightning. This setup is similiar to the Fangs of Lightning technique. Using the massive amount of electric power, the Kuromura can unleash large, fast, and destructive lightning strikes at any desired location. Furthermore, the Kuromura can unleash multiple strikes but only four at a time. This thundercloud requires a tremendous amount of chakra to start with and only lasts for ten posts. The Kuromura also haas to be careful on where to place the thundercloudk, otherwise it won't be very efficient in absorbing chakra and it might end up delivering heavy damage to the user instead.

Name: Storm Release: Shining Slash of Light

Description: Ranton: Akarui Katto no Awai is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Ranton element. By weaving five handseals, the Kuromura's hand glows and a long blade of Ranton chakra extends from it. This longsword is made out of pure Ranton and combined with an expert swordsman, it can inflict deliver powerful blows and precise, lethal cuts. It has the properties of other Ranton techniques, with a intense brightness, high penetration/cutting force, explosive capabilities, and intense temperatures. The blade can shorten and extend to a maximum of nine feet. Because the Kuromura has specifically eolved bodies designed to withstand the brightness and intensity of Ranton, they are not affected by its self-inflicting effects. At linear range, the Kuromura can rush in, and strike at the enemy's waist/middle area, delivering a precise, final slash that will cut the enemy in half. By exploting the sword's capabilties to its fullest, a Kuromura swordsmanship can launch multiple accurate blows at vital points and take care of most enemy units. It requires constant chakra consumption.
